Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location.
Pros:

A beautiful modern and spacious apartment. Great facilities . Super location with a tram stop 1 minute away to take us to city centre in less than 10 mins. The communication from Anna , whose office was at the property was 5 star from the moment I made the booking and all during our stay, she could not have been more helpful and efficient. Much better value than staying in city centre , and so easy to get to everywhere from here on public transport . Highly recommend.

Very convenient family stay in local residential area. Very well connected to public transportation.
Pros:

Location is great. The tram literally stops at your doorstep. The apartment is a short ride to Central Vienna. We enjoyed the local surroundings in this residential area with very close proximity to Central Vienna.

Cons:

The apartment heating was not the best. The sofa bed is not comfortable.

Charming apartment but only for couples!
Pros:

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. The small balcony was perfect for my husband to smoke outside. Although a little far from the historic centre, still within walking distance or a few stops away with the tram. The stuff was very helpful and polite.

Cons:

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and one window did not have a blind. That means whoever gets to sleep there must not be sensitive to light during sleep.
