Krásné místo, těsně pod vrcholem hory. Prostorné moderní ubytování vhodné pro rodiny. V apartmánu je veškeré potřebné vybavení včetně kávovaru na kapsle a kuchyňských potřeb pro vaření. V okolí mnoho možností na procházky a zabavení s dětmi. Všude krásné výhledy. Poměr ceny a kvality je velmi dobrý. Obrovským plus je Sommer Card/ Beautiful place, just below the top of the mountain. Spacious modern accommodation suitable for families. The apartment has all the necessary equipment including a capsule coffee machine and kitchen utensils for cooking. Many options for walks and entertainment with children in the area. Beautiful views everywhere. The price-quality ratio is very good. The Sommer Card is a huge plus.

Cons:

Tím, že je apartmán ve vysoké nadmořské výšce, je sem horší přístup autem, cesta cca 30 minut po rozbité prašné cestě. Při naší návštěvě sem navíc jezdilo mnoho nákladních vozů, kvůli stavbě lanovky, takže cesta byla dost rozbitá. První 3 dny velmi smrděl odpad, asi tam delší dobu nikdo nebydlel. Při příjezdu jsme neměli připraven jeden pokoj, byl zamčený. Rezervován byl přitom celý apartmán, dodatečně bylo dořešeno. Klíče nebyly připraveny ve trezoru jak bylo uvedeno, ale museli jsme si je vyžádat v restauraci. / Since the apartment is at a high altitude, it is difficult to access by car, the journey takes about 30 minutes on a broken dirt road. During our visit, there were also many trucks driving here, due to the construction of the cable car, so the road was quite broken. The first 3 days the garbage smelled very bad, probably no one had lived there for a long time. When we arrived, one room was not ready, it was locked. The entire apartment was booked, but it was later resolved. The keys were not ready in the safe as stated, but we had to request them in the restaurant.

Pros:

Perfektní dovča v horách, měli jsme apartmán č.1, krásný, dobře vybavený.
Jediné mínus, sousedy si nevybereš :))

Cesta nahoru z Hausu 24 minut Škoda Kodiaq, cestou jen 3 "díry", jinak plynulá jízda.

Pros:

The place is superb. You are the first one on the slope. The only stress was that you need to be on time in the last ski lift, otherwise you have to hike.
We were bit afraid about the transport of our luggage to the house, but it was without issues both ways.
