Pros:

Schönes Dorf. Liegt unmittelbar am Einkaufsladen.Tolles und leckeres Restaurant im Erdgeschoss, Preise normal. Hinter dem Haus unmittelbar Zugang zu schönem Wanderweg und kleinem Flüsschen, hier können die Kinder auch mal alleine hin.

Konnten die Fahrräder in die Garage nebenan abstellen und abschließen (steht aber öfters offen, also an Schlösser denken).

Parkplatz war gut.

Cons:

Liegt direkt am Party-Dorffest-Platz. Zweimal in einer Woche in Ladis (Juli 2025) bis weit nach 02:00 Uhr Nachts Schlagerpartys (einmal dann bereits wieder morgens um 07:10 Uhr Blasmusik) in maximaler Lautstärke = 2x wenig Schlaf.

Die laute Kirchenglocke der schönen Kirche gegenüber tut ihr übriges jeden Morgen ab 06:00 Uhr in kurzen und regelmäßigen Abständen.
Die Apartments liegen an unterschiedlichen Stellen am Gebäude und sind davon unterschiedlich betroffen. Apartment 1 hat alles nach vorne gerichtet (man hat dafür auch immer was zu gucken ;) )

Einige Glühbirnen an verschiedenen Stellen in der Wohnung waren defekt.

Very nice apartment. Ski locker close to the lift was included.
Very good food at the pizzeria downstairs.

Cons:

Soundproofing not OK. Church bells woke us up _every_ day at 6:00.
Coffee machine needed pads that don't exist in the supermarket.
