Notre séjour était relaxant.
Pros:

La philosophie du respect de la nature et des traditions autochtones, l'accueil, l'attention au détails. On se sentait la bienvenue et ça se sentait que c'est un établissement familial. C'était très zen. Les déjeuners et la vue était magnifique.

Schönes Hostel mitten in der Natur
Pros:

Die Lage im Grünen ist wunderschön, es ist immer sauber & das Personal super lieb und freundlich

Cons:

Bisschen Abwechslung beim Frühstück hat gefehlt (nach einer Woche) und der Weg ist anstrengend ins Dorf, aber zu Not kann man ein Mototaxi nehmen.

Desconexion y naturaleza
Pros:

Espacios amplios, en un lugar rodeado de selva con vistas hermosas desde los espacios comunes. Ideal para descansar y ver pajaros de todos colores.
La habitación compartida comoda, con mosquitero en todas las camas (la escalera podria ser mas ancha, nada mas 😅).
Los baños estan limpios siempre, y al ser abierto permite buena ventilación. Es baño seco, pero es incluso mas higienico que el tradicional siendo compartido.
Ofrecen agua potable gratis, los desayunos son muy ricos al igual que el resto de la comida, con una carta variada y precios razonables.
El staff increible!!

Cons:

Es solo para aclarar, para acceder al alojamiento hay que subir unos cuantos escalones, que puede ser cansador pero las vistas valen la pena. Todo el alojamiento se comunica por escaleras, por lo cual no seria indicado para personas con movilidad reducida.
Y otra aclaración, la cocina cierra temprano porque el personal vive en el pueblo, asi que hay que planificar la cena o buscarla en Minca que esta a 20 min caminando

Best ecolodge in Minca
Pros:

Healthy breakfast sourced from local ingredients, a clean bedroom with mosquito nets, the most amazing view of the forest from shower, but most importantly, a quiet and peaceful ecologically sustainable environment. One of the few accommodations I’ve stayed in which I genuinely did not want to leave!

Se réveiller comme Tarzan
Pros:

Accueil fabuleux, endroit magique où l'on se sent immédiatement détendu. Le réveil en pleine nature, au chant des milliers d'oiseaux. La nourriture saine et délicieuse.

Cons:

On entend quand même le bruit de la route. Descendre les valises sur ces nombreuses marches

Lovely all around, I wish I could have stayed longer!
Pros:

Sol de Minca is a wonderful place! Probably my new favourite hostel! The location is amazing, the food is fantastic, and the hosts are super nice and accommodating!

Cons:

Honestly I can't think of anything. Maybe just having access to use a basic kitchen would have made it even better.

Wonderful stay! The team and the hostel and amazing!
Pros:

The location is wonderful and the team is really great, friendly from the start and incredibly helpful. It’s the best place I stayed in Minca. It’s a bit quieter than many other hostels and that was exactly why I was looking for. The breakfast was also really delicious. I would recommend it to everyone!

A wonderfurful retreat surrounded by nature!
Pros:

We booked last minute, and we’re so glad we did! We had a wonderful stay at Sol de Minca. All of the staff were so lovely and it was great to read about the history of the lodge. Our room had a beautiful separate bathroom and a wonderful balcony surrounded by birds. There is also a common area with hammocks and a great restaurant. We loved Minca and this was the perfect base!

Cons:

Lots of steep stairs are not for the faint hearted - but it’s worth it for the beautiful views

Hidden Jungle Gem
Pros:

Everything was great. The location is secluded but only a 10–15 minute walk or a short moto ride from the center.
The place itself is beautiful and feels like a secret spot in the middle of the lush jungle.
You feel like you are literally sleeping in the wild, but still very well protected in your room.
The bathroom was also a highlight, with its incredible outdoor views.
Breakfast was a nice add-on, and lastly, the hospitality of the owner was wonderful, really kind and always keen to help, socialize, and share tips.

Cons:

Nothing, except maybe I got bitten really bad by the mosquitoes but it’s everywhere in Minca.
