Wonderful stay! The team and the hostel and amazing!
Pros:

The location is wonderful and the team is really great, friendly from the start and incredibly helpful. It’s the best place I stayed in Minca. It’s a bit quieter than many other hostels and that was exactly why I was looking for. The breakfast was also really delicious. I would recommend it to everyone!

A wonderfurful retreat surrounded by nature!
Pros:

We booked last minute, and we’re so glad we did! We had a wonderful stay at Sol de Minca. All of the staff were so lovely and it was great to read about the history of the lodge. Our room had a beautiful separate bathroom and a wonderful balcony surrounded by birds. There is also a common area with hammocks and a great restaurant. We loved Minca and this was the perfect base!

Cons:

Lots of steep stairs are not for the faint hearted - but it’s worth it for the beautiful views

Hidden Jungle Gem
Pros:

Everything was great. The location is secluded but only a 10–15 minute walk or a short moto ride from the center.
The place itself is beautiful and feels like a secret spot in the middle of the lush jungle.
You feel like you are literally sleeping in the wild, but still very well protected in your room.
The bathroom was also a highlight, with its incredible outdoor views.
Breakfast was a nice add-on, and lastly, the hospitality of the owner was wonderful, really kind and always keen to help, socialize, and share tips.

Cons:

Nothing, except maybe I got bitten really bad by the mosquitoes but it’s everywhere in Minca.

Magnifico lugar en minca
Pros:

El alojamiento está en mitad de las montañas de minca, las cabañas son preciosas y las instalaciones están muy bien, se puede ir andando a minca (20 mins aprox) y el desayuno y las comidas muy ricas, un acierto completo

Fantastisch, richtiger Herzensort- perfekt für eine Auszeit- ich komme gerne wieder 💚
Pros:

Mega toller Ort im Dschungel und ich möchte jetzt schon wiederkommen. Super freundliches Personal (man merkt das Herzblut, dass in den Familienbetrieb geflossen ist), extrem leckeres Frühstück, Duschen und Toilette im Naturbetreich und ein riesiger Raum für Yoga und Meditation. Wunderschöne Sonnenauf- und Untergänge zu bestaunen.

Cons:

Es liegt so circa 15 Minuten Fußmarsch von Minca entfernt - was super schön ist, weil man deswegen mitten in der Natur ist - der Fußmarsch ist jedoch an der Straße relativ gefährlich wegen der ganzen Kurven.

Nice stay
Pros:

Beautiful property, eco construction made with love. The shower and toilets were my favorite, so beautiful and with a view!
The people working there are kind and the food delicious. Towel and breakfast included. Very easy to take motorcycles back and forth (5k pesos).

Cons:

Comment only linked to the dorm: even though it was comfy, the noise of the road nearby is pretty loud, which is a too bad for a remote property.

Établissement trop éloigné de Minca d autant qu il faut longer la route et que ça monte beaucoup + grosse circulation de camions.

Hotel parfait pour profiter de Minca !
Pros:

L'emplacement au top (20min à pied du centre par sentier pieton), la chambre avec le réveil bercé par le son des oiseaux et le soleil qui se lève.
Petit déjeuner très sympa aussi.

Cons:

Franchement rien à redire, cela peut paraître un peu root (toilette sèche et eau froide), mais le confort est là et le charme opère immédiatement !

Tout ! Accueil sympa , être au lieu de la nature ( même si cela se mérite 130 marches!) hôtel respectueux de la nature et moi qui veut toujours manger local j ai succombé à leur pizza au yucca un délice !
