La atención de Eleazar, muy amable y dispuesto a escuchar las necesidades y solicitudes, él 10/10.
También nos gustó que, todos los días le hacían aseo a la habitación y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos el baño no estaba bien aseado, los utensilios de la cocina incompletos, algo sucios y las sartenes no estaban en buen estado para usarlas.

Apartahotel Bahia Tropical has an excellent location, if you stay there you will have everything close by, such as supermarkets, stores, beach, restaurants and so many things you might need during your stay. The reception staff were great and attentive to everything we needed, in special Elezar who welcomed us from the beginning with a great attitude. If you want to stay in San Andres Island close to the beach and downtown, this place will be your best option!

Buena relación calidad precio pero con excepciones
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, y con aire acondicionado

Cons:

No me gustó los utensilios de cocina en mal estado y para cambiar tuvimos que comprar porque los que habían estaban en mal estado, ventilaciones de aire de la habitación sin limpiar

Estadia tranquila, marcada pela ótima localização do hotel e equipe atenciosa.
Pros:

O café da manhã é um ponto positivo do hotel. O mesmo é servido diariamente no quarto com uma boa quantidade de alimentos. Além disso, foi entregue nos horários combinados. Por fim, destaco a localização do hotel.

Cons:

O estado da cama e da mobília do quarto é um pouco precário. Adicionalmente, a limpeza do quarto deixa um pouco a desejar.

Muy buena ubicacion

Cons:

Cada vez que realizaban el servicio de limpieza las toallas no eran cambiadas. Y con respecto al desayuno inexplicable el pan tostado que traía el combo del menú, sin manteca o mermelada.
