Pros:

El desayuno es delicioso, aunque hay que andar un poco para ir al lugar a tomarlo. El sitio es cómodo, para evitar ruido utilizar la habitación que no da a la calle.

Cons:

Hay que revisar la ducha, sale el agua por todos lados y termina uno duchandose con tres chorritos, debe evitarse el desperdicio. Advertir a personas con problemas de movilidad que son tres pisos sin ascensor.

Good. I only stayed 1 night, so can't say much

Exactly as on the photos
Decent size
One room is "inner", but two rooms have proper windows
Free sessions of Sauna and Turco were a pleasant surprise I didn't expect when booking
I also got a free Tinto (Colombian drink) while waiting

Cons:

There is no "24-hour reception" as advertised. I had to wait ~20-25 minutes for someone to come and let me into the building and apartment.
Breakfast, Sauna and Turco are all in their hotel, in a separate building 10 minute walk away.
There wasn't much stuff for breakfast I could enjoy (I don't have much experience with breakfasts in other hotels, so can't compare).
A bit cold at night.

Nice apartment
Pros:

The staff was great, so kind and helpful! Breakfast is 10 min walking from the apartment but very good. We had a massage at the hotel and ot was very well done and professional.

Cons:

The shower is too hot and we couldn't regalare the temperature ourselves. Windows are singleglased so there's a bitbof noise coming through. Wifi is not the strongest

Wonderful location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The apartment is close to the busses to Duitama, Tunja and other locations.
The staff was so nice and helpful, they were able to help us with the early check-in.
Breakfast was delicious, the cleaning and kitchen staff were so gentle.

Cons:

Everything was excellent!
