Hola, el responsable del alojamiento informó con antelación de lo que había que hacer para coger la llave y entrar a la habitación. El desayuno fue perfecto y Michael fue muy amable y simpático.

Das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnte sehr gut englisch sprechen.
Very nice and quiet hotel, hosted by very nice and helpful personal, beautiful rooms, each one individually set up and decorated. We've been a group with five persons everybody with his own room and all of them where flattened by their interior. I nearly forgot to tell you about the marvelous breakfast.
It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel.
Everything I can think of. The staff were wonderful, the room was clean, well presented and almost silent, in fact very possibly silent. The breakfast we also very good, I don't eat breakfast myself but my fiancé really enjoyed it. They also have a gallery in a neighbouring town, Svitavy, which is available to visit by appointment. Sadly this time we didn't have time to visit but we will on our next trip.
This hotel is an amazing place. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. It has been my second stay in this hotel and would recommend to everybody. I did arrive late but the owner prepared the keys in the outside safe and there was no issue. Fresh breakfeast in the morning and a nice chat with the owners. Looking forward for the next visit there. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Good breakfast, unique atmosphere - in Bauhaus style
Hotel does not have any reasonable room for storing guest's bicycles. Also hotel could be more supportive with parking arrangement, it is necessary to use public parking, the fee is not too high - 4EUR/day, they could have some agreement with municipality.
