Villa Maria

Villa Maria ist mit viel Liebe geführt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr (gast-)freundlich und hilfsbereit und bieten einen tollen Service. Auch Frühstück/Imbiss wird angeboten. Dass das Haus voll ist, bemerkt man kaum und es ist ruhig. Es ist architektonisch gut, sodass es nie heiß wird. Der Fährhafen ist nicht weit entfernt und auch der Strand, der nicht überlaufen ist. Die Zimmer sind landestypisch schlicht, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in ausgezeichnetem Zustsnd und tiptop sauber. Die riesige Terrasse mit Meerblick ist ein Traum.

ottima posizione, a Villa Maria si respira tranquillità ma è praticamente sul mare e vicinissima al porto e a tutti i servizi. Antonis è stato molto disponibile e gentile, ci siamo trovati molto bene e consigliamo questo bellissimo posto.

Εξαιρετικοί επαγγελματίες και υπέροχοι άνθρωποι ο Αντώνης και η Μαρούσα! Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν προσεγμένο ως την λεπτομέρεια. Τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα και πολύ καθαρά. Όμορφο μέρος, τέλεια αυλή με πισίνα και πολύ μεγάλος χώρος στάθμευσης! Πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι και σε δύο ωραίες παραλίες. Σχετικά κοντά με την χώρα της Ίου με λεωφορείο πάντα.

Colazione a pagamento a la carte, si può scegliere tra dolce o salato. La struttura è di fronte alla spiaggia libera vicino al porto. Per raggiungere il centro di Chora è necessario l autobus o affittare un mezzo. C è una fermata vicino alla struttura ma l autobus si ferma vicino al porto dove si deve cambiare autobus per salire su a Chora. La sera l autobus si ferma al porto e per tornare in struttura bisogna fare un tratto a piedi. I proprietari di casa sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno preso e rilasciato nelle vicinanze del porto I giorni dell arrivo e della partenza senza nessun costo aggiuntivo. Sempre disponibili a darci informazioni e consigli. Le camere e i bagni sono abbastanza grandi.

Il posto è un’ oasi di pace vicino al porto una pausa al caos cittadino per chi vive in città

Very friendly welcome and kind to let us use the pool after we had checked out. Superb terrace with views of Chora. Great to be so near to the beach.

Wonderful stay in Villa Maria. The room was modern and kept beautifully clean. Regular change of towels and sheets. Brilliant shower and lots of hot water. Fantastic sea view. In a great location at the far side of the port away from the party scene. Menu available for breakfast, lunch and drinks. Pool area is very peaceful in well kept garden. This was our second stay here and we will definitely return. The family made us so welcome and are on hand all the time. Lovely people ❤️

What a fantastic little gem, set at the far side of the beach which is about 200 mtrs away, this family run hotel is perfect for a quiet holiday but with easy access to the harbour bars and restaurants and a short bus ride to the town, the owners are great very friendly and can’t do enough for you.

Si vous cherchez l'atmosphère d'une maison d'hôtes à Ios, c'est l'endroit parfait. On se sent comme à la maison avec Antonis et Marhoussa. À la fois discret et tellement chaleureux avec nous et nos enfants. Pas de doute nous retournerons les voir.
Et idéalement situé, proche de la plage, du port voire du village avec un peu de marche (30mn).

We really enjoyed our stay here, room was really clean and looked after, hosts were also nice and welcoming. Location is good because it was easy to get around since there are bus stop nearby and also small store, restaurants, beach few minutes walk away.

Villa Maria is a cute family hotel, ideally located in front of the beach, walkable distance from the port. The hosts are so nice and welcoming !

Disponibilité et gentillesse du propriétaire, calme, piscine

Struttura apparentemente nuova in posizione centrale al porto di Ios. Si raggiunge in circa 10 minuti a piedi dal porto.
Le camere sono essenziali, ma tenute benissimo e con ogni comfort: Wi-Fi, condizionatore, asciuga capelli e biancheria da letto. Forniscono ovviamente anche asciugamani che a noi sono stati cambiati dopo due giorni. C’è una piscina in struttura che viene pulita ogni giorno e c’è anche un piccolo bar, gestito dai proprietari, che fornisce una buona base di colazione e piccoli pasti.
I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e squisiti sin dal nostro arrivo rilevandosi un ulteriore punto di forza di questo luogo. Ad Ios non c’è struttura migliore. Super consigliata.

Struttura molto bella. Posizione vicina al porto (10 minuti a piedi) e comoda per raggiungere ogni destinazione, dal centro alle spiagge. Il posto è molto accogliente, curato e tranquillo. Gli host sono veramente molto gentili e carini, fanno di tutto per farti sentire accolto. Piscina fantastica

L’emplacement, la gentillesse des propriétaires, endroit très propre et agréable pour découvrir l’île, chambre de taille agréable pour 2 personnes.
