Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο δυστυχώς και κυρίως η τουαλέτα! (χρειάστηκε να την καθαρίσουμε μόνοι μας) Άπειρη υγρασία στάζουν οι τοίχοι, πετσέτες και σεντόνια δεν ήταν καθαρά και φρεσκοπλυμένα, αράχνες και σκόνη (τραγικό πάπλωμα κρεβατιού). Το χειρότερο απ’ολα είναι ότι ακούς τα πάντα από το διπλανό διαμέρισμα όπως πότε πάει τουαλέτα, πότε κατουράει, πότε τραβάει καζανάκι, πότε μιλάει, τι λέει, πότε ανοίγει πόρτα, πότε ακουμπάει ένα αντικείμενο. Απαράδεκτη σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Επιεικοτατη βαθμολογία

שכרנו דירה מאוד נוחה, כולל כל הציוד ואביזרי מטבח ומזגנים. מיקום נוח מעל העיירה, מרחקי הליכה לכל מקום: מסעדות, סופר מרקט, וחוף היום . צוות מקסים. הנוף מהמרפסת והשקיעות מדהימות . תמורה מאה עבור התשלום .

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis extrem schlecht!

Die Aussicht ist gut, ansonsten sind wir darum sehr enttäuscht von dem Studio:

Wir hatten Studio Nr.8:
Die Klimaanlage ist alt und laut, sie kühlt permanent, egal welche Temperatur eingestellt ist, sie kühlt bis 10 Grad runter obwohl 22 Grad eingestellt. Sie hat keine Nachtstellung und ist auf der kleinsten Stufe immer noch sehr laut und läuft sehr unregelmäßig, an schlafen kaum zu denken. Die Fenster haben kein Fliegengitter, darum ist man Nachts auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen. Die Küche ist minimalistisch ausgestattet, es gibt nicht ein scharfes Messer, keinen Flaschenöffner usw. Der Wasserkocher alt, schmutzig und verkalkt. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer sehr laut und läuft permanent. Die Betten hart und unbequem. Die Schallisiolierung minimal, sie hören Alles von den Nachbarn mit inkl. derren Toilettengang. Nachts, besonders in den Morgenstunden bellen Hunde stundenlang. Die zwei Kochplatten alt und werden sehr sehr langsam warm. Das Zimmer hat keine 28 Quadratmeter höchstens 20! Am Pool werden die wenigen Liegen im Schatten schon früh Morgens mit Handtüchern reserviert.Aber was am schlimmsten wsr: Ich hatte schon nach der ersten Nacht einige "Mückenstiche" an den Armen und Beinen die stark juckend waren, nach der zweiten Nacht hatten sich die Stiche verdreifacht, im Nachgang denke ich das waren keine Mücken sondern Bettwanzen, denn Mücken hatten wir keine gesehen oder gehört. Die Stellen jucken heute immer noch und sind größer geworden (ca. zwei Euro gross) Für einen Preis von 100 Euro die Nacht kann man eine deutlich höhere Ausstattung erwarten die wir auf Peloponnes auch für deutlich weniger Geld hatten.

Οικογενειακή επιχείρηση, αναπτύσεται καλαίσθητα στο κτήμα που διαθέτουν. Βεράντα με θέα το σημείο. 2λ από την κεντρική παραλία και 5λ από Χρυσή Ακτή με beach bar, 10λ από την διάσημη Βοίδοκοιλιά, 5λ από Costa Navarino και το εμπορικό κέντρο ψυχαγωγίας του και 15λ από την Πύλο. Κτίσματα και παροχές σε αρίστη κατάσταση, περιβάλλον χώρος, και πισίνα περιποιημένα και καθαρά., καθαριότητα καθημερινή στα δωμάτια, φιλόξενο και ευγενικό όλο το προσωπικό! Άνετα θα ξαναπάω και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Pros:

The location is just perfect, close to the amazing Costa Navarino, walking distance from Gialova and well served by Martin's just down the slope. The view from the balcony was stunning and gifted us with breathtaking sunsets. The room was spacious and clean. We very much appreciated the pool.

Cons:

The bathroom is quite small, it would be great though to have a handler for keeping the towels closer when you have your shower.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einer super Lage!
Pros:

Alles! Die Lage der Villa 13 ist klasse mit einem gigantischen Blick auf die Navarino Bucht. Alles ist sauber. Der Service mit frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ist klasse. Der Müll wird täglich abgeholt. Toll ist, dass eigenes Olivenöl von Thanos Village bereitgestellt wird! Die Pools sind klasse, sauber und mit ausreichend Liegen.
