Old, shabby, cold, uncomfortable - wouldn't really recommend.
Pros:

The person at the reception was fairly helpful to stay a bit later and accommodate our checkin. In that little town, this was fairly central, walking distance to the waterfront.

Cons:

Honestly, this was not a great experience. Firstly, in the winter, it was super cold. We had the ACs on all night, but they were not warming up the place much. There were 2 rooms, but in reality it was a tiny one bedroom turned into 2 rooms. As you enter, there is a small kitchenette, and 2 1-person beds, directly in the same space. The place was clean, but old and shabby, no provided toiletries, no additional items (like a coffee machine or a kettle). I usually don't complain about this, but the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. The blankets were super old and the white sheets to place under, very small. Not a great experience all in all.

Cons:

In our apartment if you can call it like this, there was no kitchen at all. Not even water cooker. Bathroom was poorly cleaned. Very old and dirty furniture. Beds are hard.

A little bit expensive
Pros:

Good view from the balcony. At the city center. Parking lot. Safe! Nearby is the police office :) Very close if you plan to visit Nafplion, Mycenae, Argos...

Cons:

Everything is old and needs renovation. In one of the rooms, the water heater wasn't switched on, causing the first night to be without water (we found it too late to call the host). In front is the church - we were woken up by its bell ringing in the morning.
Not sure where to put this, but bear in mind. If there are no other new guests, the guy with the keys will be on the spot at the time of your original arrival, as mentioned when you booked the place. So write to him beforehand your arrival with a more precise time - he won't get in touch with you

Nice apartment very convenient location
Pros:

The host is very friendly, the apartment is very clean with all the essential. The bed is comfy.
The location is perfect we went to Epidavros and Mycenes, close to nauplie and Argos
The street is perfect for all meals, close to the beach

Pros:

Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία σε κεντρικό σημείο της περιοχής,πολύ κοντά στο Ναύπλιο.Ειχε φούρνο και ψητοπωλείο κοντά.Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και το στρώμα αναπαυτικό.
Ο κύριος που μας υποδέχτηκε έκανε το extra mile για να μείνουμε ευχαριστημένοι και να έχουμε μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία!

Cons:

Δεν μπορώ να πω ότι κάτι δεν μου άρεσε!Ότι έγραφε στις παροχές υπήρχε.
