Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla spiaggia di Perigiali e poco lontana dal centro di Nidri. Ampio parcheggio disponibile. Piscina molto ben curata. Hosts sempre molto disponibili e camere ben pulite quotidianamente.

Cons:

Un bonne localisation pour visiter l’île
Pros:

L’accueil personnalisé d’Emilio et sa disponibilité. Une vue magnifique sur la baie.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol nuisance sonore de la route en contrebas qui nécessite de dormir fenêtre fermée mais la climatisation est très efficace.

The only bad things were the air conditioner (was a bit too weak even at 16°C, probably just needs a filter cleanup) and the shower water (kept changing between ice cold and hot enough to scald you randomly).

Pros:

La vista dal terrazzo è bellissima, fare pranzo o cena (il terrazzo è grande) è stato spettacolare. L'aria condizionata ha permesso di dormire in rilassatezza, il bagno funzionale e lo spazio a disposizione è abbondante.
Infine la pulizia (tutti i giorni compreso la domenica) eseguita benissimo.
La zona inoltre era ideale: appena fuori da Nidri in modo da non avere troppa confusione, a 100mt dalla strada principale (troppo trafficata) e in zona rialzata dove si può godere di un bel panorama.

Cons:

La piscina nel periodo in cui ci siamo stati era sporca, con acqua verde: probabilmente un problema tecnico ma mi sarei aspettato una comunicazione o quantomeno un piccolo "refound" sul prezzo perché era inutilizzabile.
Nel terrazzo molte api ma è una caratteristica dell'isola dove infatti si trovano molte apicolture.

Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente, piscina e camere belle spaziose con piccolo cucinotto. Bellissimi i balconi vista mare.

Cons:

Nulla, forse unica pecca bagno piccolo.

Een prima slaapplek, maar verwacht niet teveel.
Pros:

Het appartement is ruim met een goede airco en een fijn balkon. Het is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Nidri. De bedden zijn prima.

Cons:

De badkamer is echt een minpunt voor ons. Deze was zo klein en douchen met een gordijn wat om je heen plakt, is echt niet van deze tijd.
Het zwembad vonden wij er niet zo schoon uitzien. Geen gebruik van gemaakt dus.

Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά άνετο. Τις περισσότερες ώρες της ημέρας το δωμάτιο είχε φυσική δροσιά γιατί δεν το έβλεπε ο ήλιος. Το μπαλκόνι ήταν άνετο και είχε θέα προς τη θάλασσα και το βουνό. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Γινόταν καθημερινός καθαρισμός του δωματίου.

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε ανελκυστήρας για την εξυπηρέτηση των δωματίων σε ψηλότερους ορόφους. Η συντήρηση της πισίνας δεν ήταν επαρκής και δεν υπήρχε ναυαγοσώστης ενόσω ήμασταν εκεί.
