Happy holiday
Pros:

Location to the beach. Complex itself, spacious, plenty of sun beds. Grounds clean, looking nice. Staff polite at all times and make you feel welcome.

Cons:

Room needs updating. Having to climb into the bath and out of the bath felt unsafe, shower head on a hook, outdated.

Pros:

Reception : Great ease with check in process. Reception is well located at the parking lot. The young man at the post deserves praise cause there was a lot of work to do and he managed everything exceptionally well.

Room: Very very meticulously clean. I dont care much unlike other quests if rooms are aged. Generally hotels of this age on Rhodes have the same 'aged' situation even the 5*hotels. It wasnt in shambles as some people exaggerate. Some minor door damage in the bathroom door, thats all. Every appliance was present and WORKED. Air-conditioning worked fine. Water/ hot/cold fine. Beds very nice. Bedding/towels clean.

Pool area was clean, stairs, surrounding facilities clean and well kept.

I booked here cause our previous choice overbooked us last minute and was not disappointed!!!

People-bar that belongs to establishment has high quality meals and good prices ♥

What ever you do avoid this hotel, you will be wasting your money
Pros:

The location was very useful for the beach and the main bars and restaurants

Cons:

The property is filthy, dated and in our case the air conditioning was extremely poor. Noisy, and you were not allowed a 2nd key to leave the aircon on at any point if you popped out even though it was 40c.
(Unless you really complain and you have lots of issues like we did with our room)
The place was literally covered in ants,
The reception staff are useless at getting back to you when you have issues like we did.
If you do stay at this hotel and get room 101 run for your life!

Great value Aparthotel in a superb location
Pros:

Well located resort in a beautiful area, with everything we needed for a good break. The rooms were clean and tidy, pools and communal areas were excellent, there were good dining and drinking options and the staff were friendly. Being next to a beach, you couldn't really ask for much more.

Cons:

There were ants all around the property, but the apartment was regularly cleaned. Otherwise it was pretty much perfect for the money we paid and met all expectations.
