Poolbereich könnte liebevoller gestaltet werden, als zahlender Hotelgast Liege am strand zu zahlen müsste nicht sein....
Es war ein sehr gastfreundlicher Empfang von Georgia, der Managerin. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und ist immer da, wenn man eine Frage hatte.
Die Lage am Strand war für uns perfekt.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt.
Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die kleine Insel ist wunderschön.
Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln.
Ich würde an der Beachbar ein paar schöne Pflanzen hinstellen, dann wäre diese etwas aufgewertet.
Aber auch so ok.

Perfect location - located right on the beach but also just off the central street so very close to everything. Very quiet. Great swimming pool with plenty of sun-loungers, and a smaller separate children's pool. Everything kept immaculately clean and tidy.
All staff very friendly and helpful but the Manager, Georgia deserves a special mention as she is exceptional. She works so hard, was always very friendly and helpful. Really looked after us and made our stay special. We can't thank her enough for everything.
Accommodation is exactly what we were looking for. Clean, plenty of space in room, comfortable bed, fridge and free use of safe, good airconditioning unit.
Plenty of parking spaces available, so never a problem parking our hire car.

Shower needed replacing, small cubicle that leaked, black mould on silicone, drain smelt
The location is super! The view out of the window is very good! You can walk to the main street and the beach.
The shower is not good, it's too old and the water pressure is too low.
Immaculate studio with balcony facing over pool and out to sea. Perfect peaceful location on the seafront, yet very close to the heart of Platanias. Charming staff, excellent value
The hotel's location is ideal for exploring western Crete.
The room is equipped with everything that will make your stay more pleasant, you can also cook, but it is better to eat in restaurants on the beach or in the town, 100 meters away. The view from my apartment of the sea and the swimming pool was beautiful, just amazing! There is a bar by the pool where you can also have lunch and get drinks. The swimming pool is large, with an additional paddling pool. Access to the beach, umbrellas and hotel loungers were free. Parking right in front of the hotel entrance, enough space. The friendliness of the staff, ready to help and provide any information, especially Giorgia was very nice and professional!

I didn’t have breakfast at the cafe. Bug had a really nice salad another time.
My bed wasn’t made the first two days. After that it was fine.
This is an amazing little piece of Crete. The resort has something for everyone, and the Lissos Beach Hotel is perfectly located. Sitting on a beautiful beach with a lovely pool and beach bar serving world-class snacks and drinks.
The rooms are modern clean and comfortable.
But, the best thing is the brilliant staff.
Georgia is the perfect host.
Nothing at all.
Maybe a little background music playing in the pool/beach bar!
