The setting is lovely, the facilities were great, daily cleaning, complimentary morning tea/coffee, complimentary towels for beach days, and Elias was very helpful, friendly, and informative of the areas and things to do/see.

Clean and lovely surroundings with plants and flowers. Great seating shaded area and sunbeds near the pool. Just a short, uphill walk to the sunset views, restaurants and shops, so a good location whilst being away from the very busy areas of Fira.Plunge swimming pool was very clean and great temperature for a refreshing dip. Complementary coffee available in the morning was a lovely gesture.

Very supportive staff, very clean room and surroundings. Great place to stay.

Camera pulita e grande, con terrazza e lettini su cui sdraiarsi e prendere un po' di sole. Piscina pulita. Personale fantastico. Ottimo l'angolo aperto fino alle 11 per servirsi di caffè, the o altro da bere

Great location close to the caldera, in an oasis of calm. Family-run beautiful gardens with a pool and rooms around. Lovely coffee available in the mornings from a room near reception. Great-sized room with views across to the east (non-caldera) side of the island. Near good bars and restaurants. Have stayed here many times and always look forward to our return.

The view, the pool, the cleanliness, the flexibility of the reception are perfect! I recommend it to others! It's in a very good location! Just meters from the "famous" blue domed church.

Un accueil incroyable de la part de nos hôtes, de par leur disponibilité et surtout leur vraie gentillesse, de celle qui va droit au cœur.
Espaces extérieurs très charmants, joliment fleuris, propres et très agréables. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir la spacieuse cave house meublée sommairement , ce qui correspond à dans l’esprit typique du logement, et nous avons adoré sa grande terrasse et le calme qui règne dans la chambre pour y dormir (clim quasiment inutilisée en plein mois d’aout, le logement est trés bien isolé de la chaleur et du bruit ).
Comme déjà dit dans les commentaires nous avons trouvé que l'ensemble de la clientèle joue le jeu du respect et de la tranquilité de l'endroit.
Les studios sont situés à a quelques minutes à pied du centre de Fira, ainsi que du terminus des bus qui desservent l'île (trés faciles à prendre).
En plus de la beauté de l’île… Un séjour en tous points splendide.

Nous avons particulièrement aimé le logement, ainsi que la vue et le dévouement du personnel. Tout était propre, y compris la piscine. Endroit calme avec une très bonne localisation dans le centre de Fira.

If you are after a great value family run apartment in an awesome location on Santorini then this is it.

The apartments were not big but they were very clean and comfortable for our 4 night stay. Ilias was such a nice guy and very helpful with giving us ideas for our visit. The young guy, who's name we didn't catch, who met us when we first arrived was great and very good to chat to.

The kitchen setup is basic but we managed to cook a meal there one night and ate out the other evenings. There was even a small dining table inside.

The pool is lovely to relax at and to cool off after a day out exploring.

The proximity of Ersi Villas to Firostefani and to Fira is great. You are away from the hustle and bustle of the caldera area but only a short 5 minute walk away to enjoy that area.
