Pros:

Location is perfect ,close to the top beach kathisma mylos, and all top restaurants+ centre of agios nikitas snd besch , parking no problem.

Cleaning every day, very pleasant host, clean and cozy room, equipped with everything you might need

Cons:

Smelly bathroom drainage. Also heavy cigarettes smoke coming in the room from the next door neighbors from the terrace. This mixed with the smelly drainage was very unpleasant because the terrace door couldn’t be kept open due the cigarettes smell 😕

Pros:

The studio was exactly as depicted in the photos. It was clean, the landlord was really helpful and readily available to answer every question we had, as well as detailed instructions on how to get there and check in. A pleasant surprise, there was a basket with welcome snacks, lots of them! The location is convenient, it's a 10 minute drive from Lefkada town and close to one of the must see beaches, Kathisma. Definitely recommended for a few days holiday in Lefkada!

Pros:

Appartamento molto bello con parcheggio privato! Il nostro appartamento aveva il balcone con affaccio su strada ma per noi non e stato un problema.
Per andare al centro(molto vicino) bisogna prendere l auto ma abbiamo trovato sempre parcheggio facilmente.
Ci hanno addirittura fatto trovare un ombrellone..cosa essenziale!!
Vicino a spiagge meragliose e bar per vedere dei tramonti spettacolari!

This is one of the best studios that i've ever been.Rania and her son are the nicest hosts ever they made our stay in Lefkada even better.The studios have everything that you need,full kitchen,airconditioning,tv,private parking and the most important thing its Super Clean.I would definitely come back here and i highly recommend it.Thank you Rania

Pros:

U smestaju imate apsolutno sve! Kao da ste kod kuce!
Domacica Ranija je divna. Docekala nas je sa kafom. Ostavila nam cokoladu,vodu.. pokazala nam je da mozemo koristiti i ves masinu.
Dodavala kafu za kafe aparat.. studio stvarno sadrzi sve sto vam je potrebno.

Cons:

Jedino slabiji wifi i promena vode pri tusiranju. Ali nije to nikakav problem koji bi pokvario utisak

Nagyon jól éreztük magukat itt. Szerintünk megérte ezt a szàllást választani.
Pros:

Kellemes fogadtatás. Volt bekészítve egy kis kosárba mindenféle finomság.
Tiszta rendezett szállás.
Van saját parkoló belső udvarban.
Ár- érték arányban teljesen jó volt.

Cons:

A víz folyik a zuhanytàlca mellett.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this studio in Lefkada! Everything was exactly as described in the listing—clean, cozy, and fully equipped. The location was great and offered a peaceful atmosphere. Rania is an incredibly helpful and kind host, always available and genuinely caring. You can tell she really wants her guests to have a great experience. Excellent value for money—definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Pros:

True Greek hospitality. Rania is the most attentive and welcoming host we have encountered. As for the apartment, it had all of the necessary things we needed for a perfect stay. We even had an oven, which I’ve never seen in a studio apartment. We had parking, we were in close driving distance to the centre of the village and to Kathisma beach, all in all cannot recommend it enough

Cons:

If you open the windows, it can be a bit loud as it’s near a relatively busy road, but the sound isolation is really good so we didn’t hear anything once the window is closed

Everything during our stay was amazing. The owner of the studios,Raina, was very kind and helpfull. Our apartment was exceptionally clean and the staff cleaned daily. It has all the things that are needed for the perfect vacation. We, as a family, would definitely recommend it😊

Pros:

The host Rania before we arrive write to us on viber to give as all the instructions and informations we need for how to get to the accommodation and what we have at the studio.
When we arrived at the studio we have a welcome basket with snacks and water in the fridge, also we get a gift from the host before we leave the studio, it was nice gesture from them.
The accommodation was nice small, but with everything you need. The kitchen was fully equipped. In the kitchen and bathroom every time we have hot water. Every second day, the woman come to change the sheets and the towels.
The best was that we have parking, in Agios Nikitas all the cars park on the street on site if they find place, but we didn’t have that problem if we go somewhere we always have a parking in the yard.

Rania is a great host, we had water and chocolate to welcome us, the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a coffee machine with free coffee, a beach umbrella The apartment has a good location, the beaches of Katisma and Milos are 3-5 minutes away by car and Agios Nikitas We received a gift for goodbye, I would definitely visit again
