Prime Location: Nestled just outside the charming fishing village of Benitses, our property offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea and is surrounded by lush gardens.

Important information:

Please note that the pool is only open for use from 18 May to 9 October each year.

Please note that breakfast and meal suppliments are available for a fee and served only from May 18 until October 20.

Please note that solar USB chargers are available at the pool area for the mobile phone or tablet.

Please note that no chlorine is used in the pool.

The cleaning will be done 2 times per week, if you need any extra towels and bed sheets please inform us.

Pool towels can be rent from the pool bar.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Swimming pool: Closed from Thu, Oct 16, 2025 until Tue, Mar 31, 2026
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Сніданок включений в ціну, не дуже велика відстань від пляжу, спуск вниз до пляжу займав 15 хв

Cons:

Трішки занедбані номери, але прибиральниця старалась, хоча їй важко одній обслуговувати цілий готель. Сніданки власне і коштували ту вартість на яку готель дорожчий від інших, тому краще було забронювати гарніший та комфортніший варіант і по смажити яйця самій ;))

The quality of cleaning was very poor. Breakfast was the same everyday. Most of facilities were poor quality and broken.

A nice vacation apartment in Corfù!
Pros:

The hosts are kind and helpful! A good breakfast and a good general location with a swimming pool!

Cons:

Maybe some utilities in the bathroom are a little bit old and always in the bathroom there was sometimes a bad smell

הבריכה ממש כייפית. המיקום מעולה!
המשפחה שמארחת שם מקסימה סהכ והיו נחמדים. חניה נוחה וצחושה של ביטחון.

Cons:

אין אינטרנט בחדר, רק מחוץ לחדר.
זו לא ארוחת בוקר, חבל על הכסף. למי שלא אוכל בייקון זה ממש עלוב. שתי ביצי עין עם חצי מלפפון וחצי עגבניה- זה לא ארוחה. המיטות זוועה- מזרונים ממש לא נוחים ובכל תזוזה המיטת ברזל עושה רעש וזזה.

A truly unique and heartwarming experience that makes you feel at home.
Pros:

An amazing place, run by a wonderful family – mom, dad, and their son. They are truly incredible people. From the very first moment they sit with you, explain everything, and give great recommendations. They welcome everyone with such warmth. You don’t find hospitality like this anywhere else.

Very friendly, polite and family friendly vibes!
Pros:

Very family friendly atmosphere. Very helpful and supportive attitude of the owners! Great views from balcony. Very quiet and peaceful place.

Cons:

Breakfast was unfortunately a confusion: very small, just 2 toasts, 2 eggs in a few variations (continental, american or greek) but for drink just one coffee or tea, for an orange juice you must pay extra. Small can of Fanta 5 EU in the bar...
