Je pensais que cet hôtel était plus proche du centre. Si vous êtes à pieds, cela peut vite être fatiguant, notamment avec la lourde chaleur de l'été.
L'hôtel commence à être vieillot, et mériterait d'être rafraîchi. Une partie de l'extérieur n'est pas aménagé.
Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait personne à la réception. On a attendu un moment avant d'aller chercher quelqu'un au bar. Le personnel n'est pas très souriant...

+ Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, mais chaque matin, les clients venaient déposer leurs serviettes pour réserver les transats et revenir plus tard dans la journée. C'est assez agaçant.

Výběr na snídani byl opravdu žalostný. Nevím, jestli to bylo kvůli datu pobytu (byli jsme až na konci října).
Pokoj je velmi tmavý. V koupelně je jenom jedno menší světlo a v ložnici také.

Geen schoonmaak gehad tijdens verblijf. Alleen handdoeken werden af en toe vervangen. Ook verschillende keren om toiletpapier en handdoeken moeten vragen. Receptie gehele periode onbemand. Bij aankomst sleutel uiteindelijk (na 2 telefoontjes) gekregen van serveerster uit restaurant. Halverwege de week werden de ligbedden bij onze studio zomaar ineens weggehaald. Complex bestaat uit 2 gebouwen en wij verbleven als enige in het "hoofdgebouw" waar ook meerdere prive appartementen zijn en het personeel verbleef. Overige gasten zaten allemaal in bijgebouw. Hier werd wel dagelijks goed schoongemaakt. Bij vertrek ook weer niemand aanwezig bij receptie en sleutel uiteindelijk maar in de bar neergelegd. Verder wel een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Prima temperatuur en met behulp van huurauto ook heel veel van het eiland gezien.

Far from beach and downtown.

Our rooms and also the pool area were not as clean as the standard suggests. Most of the sunbeds were not usable due to dirty toppers and the rooms bathroom and fridge had a similar problem. The picutres on booking.com make you think you will find new/newly renovated rooms, but our “premium” double room turned out to be really outdated with bad lightning and some weird smell we could not get rid off the entirety of our stay. Also after cleaning the bed sheets were completely wet, so you could not lay in them during the next hours.

The breakfast was not our taste, but that’s of course subjective. It contains moslty sweet and unhealthy dishes. There is no vegetables at all and if you turn up “late” (9.30 am) most of the stuff is already gone and not refilled.
The coffee you get is from a Nescafe machine, so it’s that instant coffee power. You won’t be able to get a nice Cappuccino or Espresso during your stay.

The pool bar which you can see on most of the pictures wasn’t open for the entire stay we had.


However, the most off-putting that made our stay frustrating was the unfriendly staff. This began with the check-in were we got out keys and thats it. No friendly welcome no recommendations for food or anything just a 5 min “here you go”.
This was followed by a rental car order that was really confusing, at the end everything turned out good but the communication to get there was really bad.
At the end I had a personal “highlight” were I lost my phone in a Taxi to the airport, which was ordered through the reception (totally my fault of course, no one to blame here). I did not receive even a repsonse after asking for help to get that taxi company’s phone number or any assistance at all. That’s something I would expect from a hotel, even after checking out.

Frukostbuffén var trevlig och hade flera goda alternativ. Något som skulle kunna lyfta upplevelsen ytterligare vore att komplettera utbudet med små skyltar som informerar om innehållet i rätterna. Det skulle inte bara underlätta valet för alla gäster, utan också vara särskilt värdefullt för dem med allergier eller specialkost – särskilt när språket kan vara en barriär i kommunikationen med personalen. Det fanns begränsat med gluten- och laktosfria alternativ och här finns utrymme för förbättring genom ett lite bredare urval.
