Loved the stay in this spacious loft with a terrace
Pros:

It's a great apartment with a wonderful terrace in a residential district of Athens. We loved the space, nice interior design a proper kitchen with a stove, an oven and a dishwasher. Compared to hotel rooms, our stay with kids felt almost like we would be at home. And you can easily reach the old town or Acropolis by foot.

Cons:

Almost nothing! While we didn't mind it ourselves, you might hear the metro trains on the adjacent street.

Cosy, clean, central and helpful manager!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. The location is perfect: very calm and safe, yet only about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, which made it easy to explore the city.
The room itself was beautifully decorated, very cozy, and had everything we needed.
Check-in was smooth, easy, and flexible, which we really valued. A special thank you to the manager, Ilias, who was incredibly kind and helpful. After we left, he quickly informed us that we had forgotten our airpods and even offered to send them back to us. We truly appreciated his attentiveness and kindness.

Overall, a great experience. We would happily stay there again!

Pros:

The apartment was absolutely 10/10. It is modern, beautifully designed, very clean, and spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable.

The location is also very convenient — the city center is just two metro stops away, there are shops close to the apartment, and parking is free right outside the building, which was very helpful.

What made our experience even more special was the kindness of the hosts — they upgraded us to a larger apartment at no extra charge when they saw we were traveling with three children. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture.

Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again

Pros:

The hotel is about a 20–25 minute walk from the central Plaka area. The real gem of the hotel is Ilias 🙂—when I told him I would be traveling alone, he did everything he could to help me. I’ve traveled to many countries, but I’ve never met such a kind and thoughtful staff member before.

Yes, the accommodation is very close to the train station, but since I’m not someone who is bothered by noise, it wasn’t an issue for me at all. The room was also beautiful and incredibly comfortable.

If I go to Athens again—which I definitely will—I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Pros:

Property was lovely. Room spacious and spotless. The train runs frequently below and is a little noisy. Might bother some people but not us. Hotel is a lovely 15 minute walk to Acropolis.

Prime Location: Ideally situated with major sites within walking distance. Great restaurants in neighbourhood.
Superior Service: The manager and staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, manager providing daily check-ins.
Room Quality: The room was clean, very comfortable bed and consistent hot water in the shower.

Cons:

Noise & Vibration: located next to the train station which creates significant disruption. The apartment physically shakes when the metro passes; because this is frequent, it made sleep nearly impossible, even when using noise-canceling headphones.
There was a persistent and unpleasant sewage odor from the bathroom drain throughout the stay.
