Excellent beach bar away from the crowds
Pros:

We only used the beach bar, so I can't vouch for the accommodation. But we returned to this beach bar several times for many reasons. It's quiet - at the far end of Perissa beach, away from the crowds. There are luxurious cabanas with floaty curtains, which are nice for a romantic afternoon. The service is friendly. The facilities - toilets, showers - are clean and functional.

We visited other beach bars - the big name ones - but found them overpriced and underwhelming. This place is a gem.

A great way to enjoy this place is to combine it with lunch at the nearby Lava restaurant - just a short walk down the beach.

Schönes Haus, aber für uns kein zweites Mal
Pros:

Die Studios sind hochwertig eingerichtet und auch top ausgestattet. Super bequeme Betten. Man hat an alles gedacht, Badetaschen und Tücher, Bademantel, Nespressomaschine usw. Auch haben wir zur Begrüßung Prosecco erhalten. Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer superschön.

Cons:

Wir haben uns für dieses Haus entschieden, weil es gemütliche Strandliegen angeboten hat bzw. diese auch auf den Fotos zu sehen waren. Leider haben wir vor Ort festgestellt, dass diese weggeräumt waren und der Strandabschnitt aufgrund der herumliegenden restlichen Holzteile eher unansehnlich war und nicht gepflegt und hochwertig wie auf den Bildern. Bei allem Verständnis für das Saisonende, wir hätten uns eine Vorabinfo dazu erwartet. Auf Nachfrage hat der Vermieter sich auf den Sturm bezogen, der anscheinend auf der Insel ein paar Tage vor unserer Ankunft war. Die umliegenden Hotels und Tavernen hatten allerdings ihre Liegen alle am Strand. Zumindest wurden uns 2 Sonnenschirme angeboten.

Was für uns auch schwierig war - WLAN funktionierte nur tagsüber und auch da instabil. Auf Anfrage erhielten wir ein plumpes "not my problem" und Hinweis, dass es mit der Feuchtigkeit auf der Insel zusammenhängt.
An anderen Orten in Perissa / Perivolos funktionierte das WLAN allerdings.

Neben unserem Zimmer war anscheinend eine Wasserpumpe, die sich immer einschaltete, sobald wir oder auch jemand anderer im Haus die Toilettenspülung, Wasserhahn o.ä. aufdrehte. Ziemlich lautes Geräusch. Entsalzungsanlage dürfte nicht wirklich gut funktioniert haben, das Wasser aus der Dusche fühlte sich wie reines Meerwasser an.

Generell war die Konversation eher schwierig und bei Fragen / Kritikpunkten wurden wir ziemlich unangenehm angeschnauzt. Alleine die Frage nach einer Rechnungskopie bei Abreise wurde fast zum Drama.
Schade, denn die Infrastruktur selbst ist schön.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Die Glykeria Mini Suites haben eine tolle Lage in Agios Georgios am Ende der langen Strandpromenade von Perivolos. Perfekt zum Entspannen direkt am schönsten Strand der Insel mit schwarzem Sand und kristallklarem Wasser.
Die unglaublich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Kyriaki und Lefteris haben uns immer das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Lefteris hat uns eine Inselkarte mit ausreichend Tipps zum Erkunden der Insel und beste Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben.
Wir hatten für zwei Wochen die Glykeria Suite mit Veranda und Meerblick gebucht. Das komfortable Zimmer war sehr modern ausgestattet u. a. mit Annehmlichkeiten wie Nespresso-Maschine und Bademänteln und war stets makellos sauber. Einzig und allein hätten wir uns etwas mehr Ablagefläche/Regale für Kleidung etc. gewünscht. Die großzügige Veranda mit bequemen Liegen, Tischen und Stühlen hat die Wohnqualität zusätzlich erhöht.
Das servierte Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, lecker und immer ausreichend.
Der Service war hervorragend. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an Diana, die uns stets mit einem Lächeln begegnete und auch für Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus sorgte.
Wir sind absolut begeistert und empfehlen die Glykeria Mini Suites uneingeschränkt weiter.

Bardzo udany wypoczynek w wyjątkowym miejscu
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja w spokojnym miejscu, idealna do wypoczynku, jeśli ktoś tego oczekuje. Przesympatyczni właściciele, Kyriaki i Lefteris, pozdrawiamy serdecznie!!! Otrzymaliśmy od nich bardzo dokładnie opracowaną mapę wyspy z poradami dotyczącymi podróżowania po wyspie, zwiedzania i restauracji, z których warto skorzystać. Bardzo przydatne informacje. Lefteris pomógł nam wypożyczyć auto.
Pierwszy raz skorzystaliśmy z innej wersji wypoczynku niż pięciogwiazdkowy hotel i nie rozczarowaliśmy się. Kilka pokoi, a na plaży zajętych parę leżaków, to spokój wart każdej ceny. Pokoje ładnie urządzone, czyste. Trochę brakowało nam zamkniętych szafek czy szafy, ale to nie jest tak istotne. Ręczniki wymieniane nawet bez zgłoszenia. Klimatyzacja działa ok, fajnie sprawdza się wiatrak sufitowy. My mieliśmy pokój z tzw. werandą, czyli ze sporym tarasem z widokiem na morze, gdzie można znaleźć stolik z fotelami, duże łóżko. Jest gdzie odpocząć, wypić kawę czy poczytać książkę. Hotel jest usytuowany na końcu uliczki z tawernami, gdzie można codziennie zjeść w innym miejscu. Polecam tawernę obok hotelu SAVVAS POPEYE i troszkę droższy ale bardziej nowoczesny Seaside.
Plaża ciemna z drobnymi kamyczkami, większymi na wejściu do wody, ale nie ma potrzeby zakładania butów. Leżaki bardzo komfortowe, drewniane z grubymi materacami. Nie są bezpłatne jak tu niektórzy pisali. 20 euro za osobę dziennie, niezależnie o której godzinie się przyjdzie. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, jednak nie liczcie na szwedzki stół. Każdy dostaje jedną wersję, ale urozmaiconą.
Chętnie wrócimy za rok!

The location is simply perfect – right in the best area of Santorini, just by the beach and next to all the beach clubs. You truly get the best of both worlds here: peace and relaxation, while still being right in the center of everything.

The rooms were spotless, modern, and very fresh. The service was outstanding from the very beginning – the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome and comfortable.

I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect Santorini experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing family-run hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Best beach on the island right outside. Rooms were spotless with stunning sea views. Great food all day, and drinks served while relaxing on comfy sunbeds. Perfect stay!

Pros:

It it family owned business, the owners were beyond kind and nice. Always trying to be helpful, they arranged airport pick up for us, helped us with renting car and never too busy to answer our questions or ask how was our day was. Room was cleaned every day. We loved our patio with sunbeds, where we spent every evening. Breakfast was nice and sufficient. We had perfect time.

Cons:

The breakfast window was only for one hour, from 9 to 10. When we wanted to go out sooner, we would be without breakfast.
