Excellent value for money and a warm welcome
Pros:

It was such a pleasure to see real wooden furniture and fittings, in a rustic green tint, rather than the nasty brown melamine that you can sadly see everywhere in Greece.
This goes along with the very warm welcome and offers of help from owner Kostas and from Athina. Such a warm welcome!
The place was spotlessly clean, towels were changed daily and sheets changed twice a week.
The kitchenette had everything you need apart from a corkscrew but I never travel without one, so no worries. And they never stopped asking whether there was anything I needed.
I loved the fact that they provided a tablecloth.

I liked the pool, but as it is quite deep, it didn’t get really warm in spite of the sun. But in September, I enjoyed the quiet and calm of the poolside. I am not very good at swimming in the sea so really appreciated the pool.

I am sure that in July and August the hotel would be a different place, but I have no hesitation in recommending it. But you need a car.

Το προσωπικό.

Cons:

Φανερή η ανάγκη για ανανέωση των δωματίων και φροντίδα. Ήταν καθαρό αλλά παραμελημένο. Το κτίριο θύμιζε άλλες εποχές και δεν ταίριαζε με την τιμή.

Ιδανικό για οικογένειες
Pros:

Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και φιλικοί οικοδεσπότες. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και πολύ καθαρό. Είχε καθαριότητα σε καθημερινή βάση. Άνετο μπαλκόνι.

Πολύ χαμηλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής
Pros:

Ηταν σχετικά κοντά στην Καρυστο μετακίνηση με αυτοκίνητο μόνο!

Cons:

Πολύ ακριβό σε σχέση με ότι παρείχε (110€ τη βραδιά για Ιούλιο χωρίς πρωινό) παλιά κ απλά έπιπλα, πόρτες που δεν έκλειναν καλά, ντουζιέρα με κουρτίνα που τα νερά έβγαιναν από παντού! Το χειρότερο ήταν τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια που ήταν λες κ κοιμάσαι στο πάτωμα (εντελώς σκληρά)!

Η ευγένεια κ τα χαμόγελα του προσωπικού!
Η ησυχία που υπήρχε τόσο μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο, όσο κ στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο!
Η πισίνα που ήταν πεντακάθαρη!
Το δωμάτιο που ήταν τρίκλινο με 3 πραγματικά κρεβάτια κ όχι να ειναι καναπές 'η ράντσο το 3 κρεβάτι, όπως συνήθως....
Το μέγεθος του δωματίου, για 3 άτομα αρκετά ικανοποιητικό!
Ελευθερο πάρκιν στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου!

Cons:

Το μπάνιο με το παράθυρο που δεν άνοιγε , (παρά μόνο μικρη ανάκληση) .
Το χαρτί υγείας κομμένο σε μικρά κομμάτια.
Η καθαριότητα της λεκάνης που δεν ήταν όχι απολυμασμενη, ούτε καν πλυμμενη....(αγόρασα κ απολυμαντικά κ κανονικό χαρτί υγείας).
Το αφρολουτρο που ήταν ψηλά κ έξω από την κουρτίνα της ντουζιέρας.
Είχε μόνο μια κρεμαστρα για τις πετσέτες κ για ο τι άλλο χρειαζόμασταν στο μπάνιο.
Η βεράντα είχε μόνο 2 καρέκλες ενώ το δωμάτιο ήταν για 3 άτομα.
Η έλλειψη πρωινού, γιατί το ξενοδοχείο είναι εκτός πόλης.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno verso fine luglio 2025. L'hotel si trova a pochi minuti di auto dal lungomare di Karystos, in posizione tranquilla. Karystos è un paese vivace e pieno di bar e taverne. La camera era semplice e pulita. L'hotel ha una piscina che è stata molto utile dopo i rientri dai giri nel sud di Evia, visto il caldo. Consigliatissimo.
