Відпочинок був чудовим:)))) Кімната була дуже зручна.Чудовий краєвид. Чудовий бассейн (дитині дуже сподобався) Сніданки смачні. ХозяЇн (Димитрий) дуже чудова людина. Незважаючи на невладіння мовою ми змогли друг друга зрозуміти.Якщо ще раз будемо в Греції обов'язково завітаємо в цей отель.

I had such a wonderful stay here! The place was so quiet and peaceful — exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. The food was really tasty and felt freshly made, and the view was absolutely stunning. Honestly, waking up to that every morning was unforgettable.

The property itself was spotless and really well looked after, which made it super comfortable. But what stood out the most was the staff — they were so friendly and welcoming, and made me feel right at home.

I’d happily come back again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Amazing location - one of the most beautiful hotels I have been to, and Dimitri takes amazing care of the property having invested in it little by little each year. The included breakfast overlooking y the ocean is not to be missed either!

Great views especially the sunrise in the morning and the moon from the terrace at night. We were at the top floor with amazing panorama. Room was extremely clean the lady did fantastic job every day. Also quite spacious and with fantastic terrace. Definitely worth the value

Beautiful, traditional hotel with big rooms and the most beautiful room

Our recent stay at this family-run hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff, who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed—perfect for families with children or couples looking for a quiet escape.
The hotel is perched atop a small peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding coastline. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. It’s just a short walk to the beautiful Lagonisi beach, which was ideal for lazy afternoons and safe swimming. For a bit more adventure, Ormos Panagias beach is just a quick drive away and offers fun water attractions that kept the kids entertained for hours.
We also appreciated being close to Nikiti, where we enjoyed a bit of nightlife along the waterfront—great restaurants, lively bars, and a lovely evening vibe without being overwhelming.
A special mention goes to Dimitris, the owner, who was absolutely fantastic. He spoke perfect English and Bulgarian (and Greek, of course), which made communication so easy for us, and his warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. It's rare to find someone so genuinely invested in making every guest feel welcome.
Overall, this place is a perfect blend of tranquility, scenic beauty, and thoughtful service. We left feeling refreshed and grateful—and already thinking about when we can return.

This is a family run accommodation, with amazing facilities, perfect views, quiet and ideal for couples with or without children.
Rooms are cleaned every day, breakfast offers nice variety of local food.
Pool area is so serene, with perfect little spots if you want to relax alone.

The facility manager is also the owner. He is friendly, focused on the guests experience. Speaks Bulgarian and English. Amazing 360 degrees sea view from the windows of the apartment, where we stayed. Quiet, big yard, playground for the children, two barbecue areas for 20 people each. Laguna beach near. Staff was friendly to our mini Schnauzer. Excellent accommodations spot for the holidays! I recommend it!

Everything was perfect. They are pet friendly and so polite with everyone. They have a splendid view of the sea, you can see athos mountain and everything around, it s very nice pool between the tree and very clean.

thelocation was perfect quiet and with perfect views, the room was very cozy and the hosts were great.
