Ευχάριστο περιβάλλον ωραία και μεγάλη πισίνα που την απολαύσαμε με βουτιές εγώ τα παιδιά μου! Καθαροι χώροι και καλοί οικοδεσποτες, τα δωμάτια ήταν τέλεια με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια ολόκληρη οικογένεια! Ευχαριστώ τον κύριο Ιωάννη τον συνονοματο μου, και την κυρία Άννα για τη φιλοξενία τούς! Гарний сімейний готель з чистим басейном, знаходиться посеред садів і ланів, дуже тихо. Дуже великий номер на 2 поверсі, з 2 великими балконами. Все як на фото. Кондиціонер.

The host was really kind and helpful. We didnt have any problem during our stay. The location is 10 mins or 20 mins to the nearest beaches.

Very clean apartment and nicer than presented in the photos online. Very quiet location, and very large pool.
Great location for families!

We loved our stay in Nea Fokea. I'm not saying everyone will love it, but we loved it. The place is outside of the village, surrounded by olive fields. It is very quiet and relaxing. The apartment is BIG (compared to other non-expensive places in Greece), we had 2 rooms, 2 big balconies, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen and a big table. The kitchen is well equipped, with a big fridge and an oven, and everything was very clean. The rooms had wardrobes and places to leave your stuff. We didn't use the AC and the TV, but I assume they worked (I heard outside another AC working). There was also a washing machine, but we didn't feel like using it. There are 2 swimming pools - a big one for adults and a small one for kids. They were nice and clean - we swam a bit but we focused more on visiting the beaches around. The wifi was ok. In short, the apartment was very nice for a family with kids. I really liked how calm and private the place felt.

We had a wonderful time. It's much nicer than in the photos! We spent the second part of our holiday here, so the big and extremely clean pool was just the top. The accommodations are big enough, clean, and have everything you need. The owners are super kind and they let you just be, but they are there for you if you need to. The two big terraces have amazing panoramas, you can enjoy the olive trees or the sunflower fields. Calm and relaxing, and just a few minutes by car everything else. Thank you one more time!

P.s. if you want to prove something, it can be some new matraces on beds.

Nice host, calm environment, clean swimming pool and separate pool for small children. Quite big appartment, good enough beds. Fresh towels on request. Lot of beaches in a short distance.

Great location, located in the remote area the house is surrounded by olive trees from one side and sunflower field on the other side. Very friendly host. Great swimming pools, one with shallow water and the other bigger and deeper (up to around 2 m depth), there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas that give shade, we had a very relaxing time at the property, kids loved to swim in the pool. There is one air conditioning unit in the house, which is not strong enough to cool the rooms. It wasn't too bad, after being turned on continuously for 2 days on full power the temperature inside was showing 25 degrees. The wi-fi is very poor. Despite that we had a great time at the property.

The garden

A nice, quiet location, on the hills, in an olive grove. they had a nice pool area with a nice common area. We had everything that we needed, we actually felt like home. Very good kitchen utilities !!! Clean towels and bed sheets at about every 4 days. If they had one slide for the children or something to keep them entertained it would have been amazing. The hosts were very nice, they don't speak english, but they speak german (google translate solved everything), very helpful people.

1. The outside of the complex has two comfortable balconies with tables. In addition, the pool looks good.
2. The views from the place are very nice - rural views (fields and orchards).
