L’emplacement et les équipements

The position is excellent for public transportation.
The apartment (as all the Villa Residence apartments, actually) was located on the top floor of an eight story building with a lift that doesn’t work well. I arrived on Friday (at 14, after organizing my journey to respect the check in hour) and the next morning the elevator wasn’t working, so I had to walk up and down the stairs many times during my vacation. The apartments have loud (and useless) doorbells that kept on waking me up for 2 of my 3 nights, even though I was wearing earplugs to sleep. I still don’t know if someone was ringing my doorbell for a joke in the middle of the night (on the eighth floor!) or they were just playing with their own doorbell. In any case, since I was a lone woman in a foreign country, it wasn’t the best scenario for my safety. The television was not connected to any channel, I had to connect my phone to watch something while having dinner. The worst was the absence of any electric socket near the bed, which made difficult to recharge my phone while relaxing on the bed and keep it close for the morning alarm and enjoy my vacation. I would not recommend to spend money for this apartment. I’m sorry for the people who work to manage these particular apartments but I travel a lot and this is the worst accommodation and service I’ve ever had.

L’emplacement et la proximité du centre ville (15 à 20 minutes à pied). Proximité des commerces, d’un petit marché et des transports (ligneU3 et bus). Nous y séjournons régulièrement et l’hôte a tenu compte de mes remarques. Je l’en remercie.
La ubicación, a pie de metro, con supermercado y mercadillos anexos.
Es un piso antiguo remodelado, cómodo con buenas vistas ( Planta 7). Baño justito. Mobiliario escaso y algo deteriorado. Hacia calor sin tener calefacción puesta, teníamos que abrir ventanas, también si cocinas ya que no tiene extractor humos
La posizione, la vista, letto molto confortevole, cucina ben attrezzata, monolocale comunque spazioso per 2 persone, ben riscaldato.
La doccia ha proprio bisogno di una rinfrescata tra muffa e guarnizioni che si staccano.
Kahvaltı istemedik.konum olarak heryere ulaşılabilir bir yerdi. Birçok ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak her türlü alışveriş imkanı bulunuyordu.

Great location, less than a minute by foot to metro station and buses and felt safe at night. Also close to many stores. The bed was very comfortable.
The kitchen was not well equipped, laundry was communal in the basement and not in the apartment. The apartment was not super clean.
Tutto perfetto, posizione strategica, 5 minuti dalla stazione, fermata metro sotto casa, centro raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti..Alloggio super carino con vista spettacolare su Vienna..facile check-in comunicazione ottima con i proprietari .. Super consigliato🤗

Onvoldoende service in de studio en wordt beschreven dat er een wasmachine is maar dit is een betalende dienst . Heel veel extra kosten betaald door via Booking te reserveren

Location and Facilities
Room was a little dusty and some hair/body hair here and there including the bed. Floor is prety damaged. You can see insulating materials under the parquet.
The location was great, both central and relatively quiet. The bathroom was new, spacious and in remarkably good conditions. The room didn't feel small at all. The heating worked perfectly.
Both the mattress and the pillows were too soft, we didn't sleep all too well. There were no additional garbage bags. Some cooking basics (salt, oil, vinegar etc..) would have been nice. There was just enough coffee capsules for two cups. The bathroom sink was a bit far from the mirror, so you had to lean forward uncomfortably to wash your face/shave.
Localização, perto de todos os transportes, inclusive metro ao lado. Mercado grande ao lado. Limpeza estava boa e comunicação também.

Os travesseiros e toalhas podem ser melhorados.
LA UBICACIÓN lo es todo en este lugar. Perfecto, en frente un mercado y la estación de metro y bus a todos lados
Los muebles están deteriorados, poco mantenimiento, no del todo limpio, las puertas rechinan, no te dejan nada para limpiar un poco y solo encontraras en el baño 1 rollo de papel al llegar
