Certainly a good option for a short stay.
Pros:

The location is great and the place is convenient for a few nights in Vienna.

The bathroom is quite dated and the shower, the floor and wallpaper could use an upgrade.

Pros:

The apartment is small but good enough for a single person. 30 min walking distance from the city center.

There is no AC or fan in the apartment. But the property management provided the fan upon request.

Pros:

I liked very much its location!

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay extra if I wanted the room to be cleaned, or at least towels etc. to be changed.

Logement agréable, superbe vue.
Pros:

Logement bien situé et propre. Très belle vue sur la ville.

Cons:

Quelques petites remarques qui ont été signalées à la plate-forme,concernant les plinthes décollées,et de la moisissure au niveau du bac à douches qui ont dû être corrigés. Concernant la vaisselle ,nécessité d'envisager une petite poêle et casserole. Literie peu confortable. Il faudrait ajouter sur le descriptif que c'est le 8e étage, on a dû en faire quelques uns pour le trouver.

Overall decent experience but won't recommend if you're looking for urgent accommodation.
Pros:

Great location with market right outside, and decent room with pretty much everything one needs for a short stay. It was clean, airy and even had a locked closet to keep your things safe.

Cons:

The entrance to the apartment is very confusing. The staff only provided me with the apartment code and not the main building code, and I couldnt enter the apartment until someone helped me out with the code. This was then later corrected when I tried to reach them by email (note that the phone number they provide is automated and does not connect). This caused a lot of trouble for me.

Also the apartment was located on the 7th floor but the room numbering is quite confusing and this information was not provided again. Having no staff in the hotel is quite inconvenient and can cause troubles.

Also, the room was advertised to have AC but there was none.

TV hatte keine Österreichische Sender und Programne anderer Länder.
Nur gespeicherte Serien und Netflix.

Pros:

New furnishings. Very comfortable bed. The apartment's location is excellent and offers a wide selection of dining options. The supermarket is very convenient, just a stone's throw away. The metro is literally in front of the house.

Cons:

The lack of curtains makes it a little difficult to sleep after a certain hour.

Pros:

the location was excellent. It was easy to enter the building and the appartment.

Cons:

I could not use the electric stove as the electronics did not cooperate. Also a hairdryer was missing. The pillow needs to be changed as the stuff inside is very bad. The instructions do not mention which floor the appartment was.

Eine saubere, ruhige und funktionale Kleinstwohnung ohne Wiener Charme, für berufliches Übernachten
Pros:

Ein funktional eingerichtetes kleines Zimmer mit renoviertem Bad, Hinterhofblick, also ruhig. Check-in mit Code problemlos, die Wohnung und Bettwäsche waren sehr sauber und ordentlich, eingerichtet auch für längere Aufenthalte mit Küchenzeile und Spülmaschine. Alles da, was man so brauchte. Kleiner Aufzug im Haus

Cons:

Das Haus selber ist nicht einladend, nüchterner Baustil der 1950er nichts für Wien-Romantiker. Eingang und Treppenhaus eng, anders als die Wohnung eben auch unrenoviert und etwas ungepflegt. Die Check-in Mail gab nicht das Stockwerk an, und ich musste mehrere Stockwerke abklappern, um die Wohnung zu finden.

Cons:

事前に支払い（カード決済）が済んでいるのに、利用日当日に「まだ支払っていなければ銀行に振り込みを」というメールが2度来て、非常に焦った。よくチェックしてから送って欲しい。
