Schönster Urlaub in einer traumhaften Anlage😍

Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Haus mit äußerst zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Der gepflegte Garten vermittelt eine fast paradiesische Atmosphäre, in der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der nahezu private Strandabschnitt direkt vor der Haustür – ein wahrer Genuss. Auch die Internetverbindung funktionierte einwandfrei, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm machte. Ebenso schätzten wir die wertvollen Empfehlungen der Gastgeber sowie die Unterstützung bei der Organisation, beispielsweise bei Restaurantreservierungen. Ein Aufenthalt, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Гостеприимные хозяева, готовые всегда рассказать про интересные места в округе, посоветовать вкусный ресторан. Расположение рядом с морем. Чистота, уборка каждый день. Уютная беседка с местом для барбекю. В шаговойдоступности несколько хороших пляжей с лежаками.

Ich habe selten ein Hotel erlebt, das in wirklich allen Bereichen überzeugt – aber hier stimmt einfach alles!
Schon bei der Ankunft wird man herzlich vom extrem freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal empfangen, das einem den Aufenthalt von Anfang an so angenehm wie möglich macht.

Die Zimmer sind ein Traum – bis ins kleinste Detail stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, top modern, sehr sauber und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Betten sind unglaublich bequem – mit hochwertigen Matratzen, auf denen man wie auf Wolken schläft. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde.
Das WLAN ist außergewöhnlich schnell – perfekt für alle, die auch im Urlaub mal online arbeiten oder streamen möchten, ohne Kompromisse.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der paradiesisch angelegte Garten – eine grüne Oase mit tropischem Flair, in der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Und das Meer? Warm, türkisblau und mit echtem Karibik-Feeling – einfach traumhaft!

Ein weiteres Highlight: Die Gastgeber! Unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und voller großartiger Insider-Tipps zu den schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, den besten Restaurants und echten Geheimtipps in der Umgebung. Dadurch wird der Aufenthalt noch besonderer und authentischer.

Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen – für alle, die Erholung, Komfort und persönlichen Service auf höchstem Niveau suchen. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und extrem ruhig, sodass wir wunderbar entspannen konnten. Das WLAN lief jederzeit einwandfrei und ermöglichte auch problemloses Arbeiten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

The host lady was super friendly and very helpful, which made me feel really welcome. I actually slept really well here – which never happens to me in hotels, so that was a big surprise! There’s private parking with plenty of space, and the location is great, with the beach just across the street.

Baia foarte, foarte mica, asa zisa plaja privata este o minciuna, este in spatele la alte case private, este foarte mica si stancoasa, este o plaja comuna de fapt, pentru toti localnicii
Am rezervat Suită Executive superioară, in descriere avea 40 mp , poate avea, dar cu parcarea masinii, cu balconul, cu holul vilei☹️
Nu este normal sa fim pacaliti cu poze si o altfel de descriere a cazarii
Pacat….., la 360 euro pe noapte te astepti sa nu fii mintit in descriere

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Sun Residence. From the moment we arrived, Mrs. Angelika and her husband welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Over a welcome coffee, they shared helpful tips about restaurants, beaches, and even special discounts.

Our room was spotless, bright, and thoughtfully designed for comfort.
We truly appreciated their kindness and left feeling very happy. We’d definitely come back again! 💙

We had an amazing time and really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The residence is very close to the beach and has an amazing garden and perfectly furnished luxury rooms. The hosts were extremely helpful and very accommodating. Our room was spotless and we had a huge back yard, as we were staying on the ground floor, which was perfect for our 1 year old daughter. The hosts upgraded us to the largest ground floor apartment so we didn’t need to carry the baby stroller which was very mindful of them! Thank you, Angelica!!!

Hosts were great, facilities including room and especially the yard were top notch. The closest beach is not a perfect sandy beach but it is quite less crowded that is great for Halkidiki and also the sunbeds are free which is also great

Cons:

Although this is marketed as a beachfront location there is a busy street and a row of villas that you need to pass to get to the beach.

The facilities were clean and comfortable. The beach is very close just opposite the facilities where the breakfast is served. The sea is wonderful. The hosts were very helpful and positive. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel

Cons:

Too many bees in the breakfast place. We had to have our meal inside.

Excellent location near the beach suitable for children and families. Well organized property (parking, garden with beautiful view, balcony) and the apartment was well-equipped, and everything is well-thought-out. The cleanliness was impeccable.

Beautiful area. Very friendly hosts. We resolved our issue with accommodation on the first floor. Comfortable furniture. Beautiful yard. The house is located on the second line from the sea. We went to the beach from Crystal Hotel. The beach is clean. It was possible to have breakfast at the hotel.

Cons:

We were there on hot days. The air conditioner turns off when you leave the room. You need to wait enough time for the room to cool down. The air conditioner is located above the front door and cools the walk-through room as much as possible, but not the bedroom. Quite a small room. As already written, weak Wi-Fi.
