Die Lage war am Naschmarkt perfekt und 10 min zur Staatsoper auch.
Aufteilung der großzügigen Wohnung super. Balkon gut,

Die Deckenbeleuchtung war zu hell. Besser Stehlampen anschaffen.

Pros:

Das Appartement entsprach genau der Beschreibung. War sehr sauber und hatte die für uns optimale Größe. Sehr gute Verkehrsverbindungen mit Bus und U-Bahn. Das Wiener Zentrum ist aber auch zu Fuß gut und schnell erreichbar.

A good base for your city break
Pros:

Great stay and a great location - a 2 min walk from a Billa supermarket and 7 mins to the metro. We had a one bedroom apartment that was extremely clean and very quiet (we slept well), the kitchen was fully equipped and included a kettle/toaster/microwave/coffee machine and even salt and pepper. The bathroom also had a washing machine and included shampoo/shower gel/conditioner.
The apartment was also very warm which was appreciated as we stayed during December. Finally the WiFi was excellent.
Overall a lovely stay, and easy communication with the host via WhatsApp.

Naš boravak u ovom smještaju je nadmašio sva naša očekivanja i rado ćemo se opet vratiti!
Pros:

Smještaj (studio apartman) je prekrasno uređen, čist i moderan. Ima sve potrebne sadržaje (ručnike, fen, peglu, kuhinjske dodatke, aparat za kavu i tako dalje). Nalazi se na odličnoj lokaciji (do centra grada svega 10ak minuta pješke). Stan se nalazi u mirnom kvartu, a u blizini su dućani, ljekarna, restorani, kafići i još drugih sadržaja. Komunikacija s vlasnicom je odlična, čuli smo se preko whatsappa i odgovarala je jako brzo. Jedina “mana” je nedostatak parking mjesta, ali uz preporuku vlasnice smo našli odličnu garažu u blizini. Ovim putem hvala vlasnici i na svim ostalim preporukama i kavi koja nas je dočekala :)

Perfektes Appartment in toller zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sauberes, ruhiges und sehr modernes kleines Appartement im Dachgeschoss! Hat es und an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren bereits 2 mal zu Gast und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Wasserdruck der Dusche könnte höher sein.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Wien
Pros:

Fantastisch! Zentrale Lage, gepflegtes Gebäude, wunderschöne Einrichtung des Apartments und alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet.

While there was air conditioning, it was only in the living room, no separate outlet into bedroom. However a fan was provided for the bedroom.

まるでウィーンに住んでるみた〜い

・12月に5泊しました。
・Uバーンの駅から近く、
ホテルの直ぐ近くにはスーパーやカフェもあり、とても便利でした(ナッシュマルクトも直ぐ側)。
・シュターツオパーで
オペラを観た後は歩いて帰れます。
・キッチンには
食器はもちろんのこと、調理器具が揃っており、加えて 大きめの冷蔵庫・食洗機・電子レンジ・オーブン・トースター・コーヒーメーカーまで揃っていて、とても快適でした。(洗剤やキッチンペーパー、塩＆コショウも備えられています)。※自炊される方は、ラップを持って行かれると便利かと思います。お箸も。
・部屋は広々としていて、
大きめのテレビとソファがあり ゆったりくつろげました。
・折り畳み式の室内干しやアイロンも備えられています。
・私が宿泊した部屋には、バスタブはありませんでしたが、シャワー回りに扉が無い作りで、腕が当たる等の閉塞感が無いのも快適でした。
・建物1階に、チェックイン前・アウト後に無料で荷物を預けられるロッカーがあるのも嬉しいサービスです(預入時に1€コインが必要ですが荷物を出す時に返却されます)。
・ホテルのようなフロントはありませんが、担当のクリスチャンさんが とても親切で、連絡すれば直ぐに対応してくださるので、滞在中 不安はありませんでした。
