Der Self Check-In kostet wirklich viel Zeit und funktioniert nicht wirklich gut. Das Touchpad reagiert gar nicht und die Zeit läuft ultra schnell ab, sodass man immer wieder von vorne anfangen muss sobald man sich vertippt hat. Dank der Telefonnummer, die man dort findet, bekommt man dann auch persönlich Unterstützung. Wir haben mehrere Zimmer gebucht als Gruppe, sodass es wirklich viel Zeit gekostet hat, einzuchecken. Wir haben dann parallel online die Selbstauskunft ausgefüllt, dort war es aber ähnlich wie beim Touchpad, kamen immer direkt Fehlermeldungen...alles in allem sehr mühsam.
In den Zimmern roch es leider nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch.

Cons:

Das Self Checkin Terminal war eine Katastrophe. Ohne die freundliche Unterstützung der Support Kollegin am Telefon praktisch unmöglich bis zum Ende durch zu kommen.

Gute zentrale Unterkunft mit self check-in
Pros:

Zentrale Lage gleich bei der Innbrücke, komfortables Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Personal telefonisch gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Hätte mir etwas mehr Info im Vorfeld gewünscht, da es ja kein Personal vor Ort gibt. Den Aufzug findet man nicht, wenn man nichts davon weiß, hatte ein Zimmer im 4. Stock, was sehr beschwerlich über das Treppenhaus war. Der Seiteneingang ist in einer extrem engen und verkehrsreichen Gasse, mit Koffer sehr schwierig und nicht ungefährlich. Mit dem Aufzug, den ich dann immer genommen habe, ist es kein Problem. Man muss nur davon wissen.
