La ubicación y era grande

Cons:

No estaba limpio las papelas sin recoger, calcetines en la ventana, el lavavajillas tardo muchísimo!!! Y la cama no era cómoda, no había almohada sino un cojin

Ich bin nach einer Nacht abgereist, obwohl ich zwei Nächte gebucht hatte.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und die Ausstattung der kleinen Küche im Grunde auch.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig. Ich habe mich zwar nach den Rezensionen ein bisschen darauf eingestellt, war aber trotzdem überrascht, wie schmutzig es war (siehe Fotos). Ich habe aber wohl auch noch das schlechteste Zimmer erwischt, das nicht nur in Richtung Strasse rausging, sondern auch fast ebenerdig war, sodass die vorbeilaufenden Menschen in der sehr engen Strasse in mein Zimmer sehen konnten.

vi boede på værelser uden nogen for for udsigt, selvom det så ud til at der var mange frie med udsigt til byen. Ingen mulighed for at parkere vores autocamper

Pros:

La posizione centralissima, gli ambienti moderni e il kit di benvenuto

Cons:

La struttura era pulita sommariamente, sotto al letto c'era tantissima polvere. Al momento della prenotazione era indicata la presenza di un letto matrimoniale e di un divano letto ma dalle foto non era chiarissimo se fossero separati da un muro oppure no (alla fine erano in un'unica stanza) quindi non c'era molta privacy

Room was so poor and smell really old, we had to keep the blinds closed because the window are on the street and people are staring at you thru the window Also the partner business breakfast from downstairs was so rude. Even when we Tip them, they was like, sorry no eggs today or coming with a small plate of cheese for 7 people and say, this all for today guys.

Perfect location, extremely attentive and friendly hotel team, which responds quickly and efficiently to all requests. The rooms are very warm and comfortable, the beds are comfortable, there is everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Breakfast in the cafe for hotel guests is quite modest, but sufficient. In my opinion, it is still not worth its price (15€), but there is always the option not to take it. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel

Unnacceptable. BAD
Cons:

We hired 2 separate beds. In this case one bed and a couch-bed. When we arrived was only one bed prepared for 2 people despite my message reminding them the type selected. We called for somebody coming to make the bed and bring sheets for the couch-bed. They politely said they were coming in 30-60 min. and apologies. I call agian 1:30 later, getting late.. they apologies again than somebody was coming pretty soon. we head out for dinner. we comeback. No one had come. They actively lied to us. Also it was cold in the apartament and there was no way con to bring up temperature, the heaters were on but very low. Big BLACK HUMIDITY marks on the wall next to the bed. Dissrespectuful and unnaceptable customer service and service.
