Η παροχες το δωματιου ελλιπή. Εχω μεινει σε πολλα ξενοδοχεία. Πρωτη φορα μενα καπου με τον τιτλο luxury apartments και δεν βρηκαμε ουτε ενα μικρο μπουκαλακι νερο κατα την άφιξη μας, (δωματιο 3 ενηλίκων και 1 παιδι) σαμπουαν και αφρόλουτρα δεν ηταν αρκετα ουτε για 2 ατομα. Πετσετες την δευτερη και τριτη μερα δεν μας ξανα εφεραν και οταν ζητησα μου εκαναν και παράπονα οτι δεν εχουν. Τα σκουπιδια αναγκαστηκα να τα
Πεταξω εγω και η μητερα μου στο τελος της 2ης μερας γιατι δεν τα ειχε αλλαξει κανεις και ειχαμε γεμισει εντομα. Το δωματιο παροτι εχει «μικρη κουζινα» δηλαδη ενα ψυγείο που δεν δουλευε και αναγκαστηκαμε να πεταξουμε οτι αγορασαμε και ενα φουρνο μικροκυμάτων δεν ειχε νιπτήρα, οποτε καθε φορα που μπορει να χρησιμοποιουσα ενα ποτήρι παριμενα να τελειώσει καποιος απο το Μπανιο για να το πληνω εκει. Το σχολιο μου δεν εχει ως στοχο το κακο και την δισφυμηση (είναι η πρωτη φορα που αφηνω σχολιο) αλλα πραγματικα παροχες και προσωπικο ηταν απαραδεκτα. Πάντα εννοείται με εξαιρέσεις, υπηρχαν εργαζόμενοι πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι. Ευχαριστώ αλλα δεν θα το πρότεινα

Pros:

Mindennel meg vagyunk elégedve, kedves személyzet, tágas szoba és erkély.
Nagyon közel van a tengerparthoz és éttermekhez. A hotelnek van egy saját parkolója, ahol egész sok autó elfér.
Köszönjük szépen az ajándékot, amit távozáskor kaptunk🥰

Šta da vam se dopadne u ovom nazovi hotelu!!!"Dorucak "je u celom hotelu koliko za 2 ljudi da jedu -mizerija,prevara teska.Stolovi okrugli za 10 ljudi ko da si na svadbi,tu se susi ves na terasi,jedva se provucete do te kuhinje.Kad god smo dosli na dorucak bilo je po 2 jaja na stolu nekad ni to....5 parceta salame i kackavalja,3 kriske hleba....katastrofa....a dorucak se placa 15e po osobi dodatno ???Zar to nije za turisticku inspekciju ,ne znam kako u opste i rade???

Katastrofa od nazovimo ga hotelom!!!Hotel je prevara u saradnji sa bookingom !Ja sam rezervisala i platila sobu sa pogledom sa pogledom na vrt-a dobila sam sobu u prizemlju punu vlage,zalili smo se neljubaznoj devojci na recepciji ona kaze da zovemo booking jer smo njima platili.Ja sam zvala niko se javlja niti odgovara na meil!!!Nije htela da nam vrati novac ,rekla je da trazimo od bookinga,prosto je bila ljuta sto smo bookirali smestaj a nismo direktno kupili.Trazila nam je doplatu za tu sobu sa slika iz rezervacije 400 e!!!!Strasno !!!Trazila sam da zove vlasnika -receno mi je da nije tu!!! I kraj price uzmi ili ostavi!!Neljubazni su ,posteljinu nisu zamenili 7 dana!Svaki dan smo slusali svadju sa gostima koji su dolazili jer su imali isti problem kao i mi ....Pokvarili su nam odmor!Bezobrazluk i od bookinga i od hotela!!Mi smo prevareni!Nikad vise preko bookinga i nikad vise unapred ne placam nista!Ovako nesto nikad nismo doziveli bezobrazluk i drskost...na kraju sam trazila turisticku inspekciju ,ali je nije bilo u N.Kratiji ...
