Die Lage ist top. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem hat es seinen eigenen Charme was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Cons:

Bei der Dusche war der Abfluss verstopft und der Warmwasser Boiler hat geleckt. Wäre schön wenn die Reinigungskräfte das kontrollieren würden wenn sie die Zimmerreinigung durchführen. Matratzen sind extrem weich, Geschmackssache, für mich zu weich und meiner Frau haben die Matratzen gut gefallen. Polster könnten gerne mal getauscht werden.

Er war gut , nächster Urlaub ist aber im Haupthaus Marolt nicht mehr Residenz !
Pros:

Die Lage ar Top , Zentrum Nahe und auch das Strandbad war super.

Cons:

Die Fotos entpsrechen nicht der Realität , Parplatz Mangel, nicht sehr Sauber gerreinigt obwohl man 85 € Endreinigung zahlt. Der Bademeister war eher Nervig als nützlich.

Obwohl schon in die Jahre gekommen, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis direkt an der Promenade mit Seeblick.
Pros:

Eigener Privatsteg am See. Obwohl Appartement wurde das Zimmer täglich gereinigt. Direkter Seeblick. Wäscheständer am Balkon.

Cons:

Keine Innenjalousien, daher sehr hell im Zimmer. Schlafzimmer sehr eng, die Türe konnte man nicht ganz öffnen. Lichtschalter am WC auf der falschen Seite.

Cons:

Sauberkeit . Sehr mangelhaft. Hintereingang zur Wohnung wurde nicht geputzt. Lag noch Müll von den Gästen vorher. Klobesen Unterste Schublade. Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank schon seit Jahren defekt.
