Struttura eccellente, posizione ok per le spiagge rinomate ma il paese e il mare non sono un granché
Pros:

La struttura si presenta ben pulita e curata nei dettagli.
Ha la camera da letto matrimoniale molto spaziosa, separata e che si affaccia su un patio privato munito di stendino, tavolino e 4 sedie.
L'arredamento e la struttura sono in stile moderno, aria condizionata potente che permette di dormire in serenità.
Cucina ben equipaggiata e ogni giorno presente servizio di rifacimento letto, cambio strofinaccio.
Doccia spaziosa walk in.
In bagno presente dispenser sapone sia al lavabo che in doccia.
Presente phon nella toeletta in camera.
I letti dei ragazzi sono nella cucina/ soggiorno e sono letti singoli per cui non bisogna stare li a fare e disfare, comodissimi.
Tutto molto confortevole e funzionale.
La posizione è buona per raggiungere balos e le spiagge a nord ovest, ma il paesino non ha una passeggiata o un lungo mare per passare la serata.
A noi andava bene così perché uscivamo la mattina e rientravamo la sera tardi, per questo motivo abbiamo usato la piscina solo il giorno del check in e quello del check out.
Piscina tenuta in maniera ottima, presente vasca idromassaggio e bar presso la piscina.
Tutto lo staff è stato cordiale.

Cons:

Aggiungerei in dotazione una piccola bacinella per trasportare i costumi dal bagno allo stendino per non bagnare /sporcare casa, in modo da rispettare il lavoro del personale addetto alle pulizie.
Le sdraio a bordo piscina non sono sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti, molti ospiti sono nord europei e passano la giornata in piscina per cui si alzano presto per mettere i teli sulle sdraio ma non arrivano in piscina prima delle 11 privando a chi va in piscina all'apertura (8.00) di potersi sdraiare su una sdraio.
Impedirei da regolamento di mettere gli asciugamani sulle sdraio come segno di rispetto verso tutti gli ospiti

Bardzo sympatyczny właściciel, mieliśmy nocny lot, który dodatkowo się opóźnił, więc zamiast o 2 w nocy dotarliśmy na miejsce o 3:30. Właściciel zaczekał na nas. Nie naliczył dodatkowych opłat za nocne zameldowanie. Hotel jest nieduży, czysty, pokoje są sprzątane codziennie, klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutów, basen jest stosunkowo duży jak na tak mały obiekt, wiec każdy znajdzie tam miejsce dla siebie. Przy basenie działa bar. Hotel położony jest blisko plaży i restauracji. Polecamy

La piscine très propre,le bar très accueillant. Les lits étaient confortables, le nécessaire était présent pour cuisiner.

Excellent holiday at an excellent hotel.
Pros:

Staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, apartments are clean and thoughtfully planned. Apartment is in a good location being five minutes walk to the beach and close to lots of eateries and a supermarket. Highly recommend Sunny Suites.

Don't let the price fool you. Excellent value for very good accommodation.
Pros:

Our plane landed quite late at night, past regular check in time but someone was there to greet us and even provided us with some food and refreshments. Very friendly staff who provided us with information about the bus service and in general very helpful with booking taxis and recommending restaurants. The rooms were cleaned daily and to a very high standard. Everything you need is provided for in the kitchenette. Having a pool bar was especially handy because ordering food (from 11am) was convenient if staying poolside all day and it meant we could have a drink at night just before heading to bed. It was a short walk to the beach, under 10 mins. A highlight is their arrangement with the larger beachfront Imperial Hotel where we could use their facilities and their private sunbeds on the beach. Excellent value for money on the whole.

Cons:

Rather odd layout of the rooms, i.e wardrobe in the living area, and shower screen really close to the toilet so not much space to sit, Stray cats do sometimes wander around meowing for your attention, and they also make their way to your balcony but they are generally harmless.

Small family friendly hotel with great facilities
Pros:

It's a great central location with beach, restaurants and shops at walking distance. There pool is never over busy, around 3-4 families around the pool at a time, food and drinks at the pool reasonably priced and tasty. Air con in the rooms is a godsend at lunchtime.

Cons:

Pillows, hate bad pillows on holiday, too hard and high for my neck!

Pros:

Nice place to stay, pool is not too crowded even in the high season. Staff is awesome and cleaning was done everyday. Car rental can be done from hotel, same family runs GeePas car rent, big recommedation for that also. Get wheels and explore the beautifull island!
Small kitchen with basic stuff to cook with if you choose so. Aircon worked well during our stay and outside temps were between 30-37. Was great to get room chilled for night time. Big balcony in the room we stayed.

Great little place!
Pros:

Lovely apartments, all facilities you could want. Has TV, air con and iron, son said sofa bed was comfy. Pool was amazing, best pool we have had, clean and warm. Adequate sunbeds for guests and pool bar was a lovely little place with food and plenty of cocktails. In a great quiet area just short walk to lovely restaurants and supermarket next door. Bus stop minute walk away.

The staff are so friendly and generous. Our room had great views of the pool and sea. The location perfect to relax and also regular buses to Chania and Platanias

Lovely apartments, clean, comfortable with friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were at the end of the season and it was very quiet. We had two apartments and they were very clean. As we were not able to have breakfast on 4 days (the hotel we had breakfast in was closing for the season) we were given a full refund of the breakfast for the week which was very generous.

Cons:

We wished we could have stayed a little earlier in the season so there were other children to play with but this was not the fault of Sunny Suites.
