Keine Heizung im Bad, Heizung im Wohnraum konnte nicht reguliert werden, es waren Niedrige Pluswerte bis Minusgrade
Dusche undicht, Duschkabine schließt nicht.

Pros:

Prijs kwaliteit in orde. Kamer was ondanks de negatieven reviews van maanden geleden netjes en schoon.

Cons:

Bed was erg klein en niet zeer comfortabel. Deuren moest je erg hard dichtslaan waardoor het gehorig was. De omgeving was niet erg bijzonder, stuk lopen richting centrum. Goede smart tv in de kamer.

Das Hotel stellt keine Gästekarten zur Verfügung, daher muss man die Fahrt selbst bezahlen. Bei uns war es genauso.

Not bad, but not the best option
Pros:

I like location and that’s all

Cons:

It was wert cold during our stay. For some reason, the air from the toilet was very strong, and because of this, the room did not even have time to warm up a little. I also wasn't comfortable because the shower head was not working properly.

1.Gesucht über den Filter "Parkplatz dabei"- Österreichs Parkhüter haben uns in der letzten Stunde vor unserer Abreise noch ein Zusatzticket zu den 1,5 Tagen bezahltem Parken auf dem öffentlichen Straßen-Parkplatz gegenüber verpasst. HAT ALSO KEINEN PARKPLATZ
2.Die Eingangstür schliesst Tag und Nacht nicht und wurde auch auf Nachfrage nicht repariert.
Dafür stritt sich der Zimmernachbar lautstark mit einer Frau und telefonierte genauso lautstark in der Nacht.

3. Sauberkeit: Schimmel hinterm Badezimmerspiegel, alte Socken unterm Bett, ungespültes Geschirr.
Das Geschirr befand sich in einem Behälter unter der Spüle, ungeordnet, unvollständig, dort, wo normalerweise der Mülleimer steht.
Schimmel am Fenstersturz neben dem Bett
Staubflocken hinterm Bett (das man wegrücken muss, um an den Heizkörper zu gelangen).

4. Das Bad ist ungeheizt, dafür lief das Waschbecken nicht ab und der Syphon tropfte (das wurde immerhin geregelt).
Die Dusche war teilweise nicht richtig abzustellen, da der Drehknopf durchdrehte.
ALSO KEINE ORDENTLICHEN SANITÄRANLAGEN
5. Schwierige Kommunikation: Keine Email -Adresse war wirklich richtig.

Cons:

Overall quality, a lot of broken stuff. First of all it is just a room, not an apartment. Sink „in the kitchen“ has only cold water. There are enough kitchen utilities, but no pan which is disappointing. Freezer in the fridge not accessible, because of the way how the fridge is positioned. A big gap in the room door and therefore you can hear everything. We stayed here 7 days and they didn’t provide us with fresh towels. When we asked if we can get new trash bags they answered with „unfortunately no“ which is also kinda upsetting.

Safety concerns as no security. I would not tecommend

Cons:

The lock to enter the building did not work so strangers could walk in off the street which they did.. The lock on the apartment door was malfunctioning and the property management were unable to fix this do we did not stay as we felt very unsafe.
