Pros:

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással. A szállásadó rendkívül kedves, segítőkész és kommunikatív volt, ahogyan a helyiek is – igazán vendégszerető emberek.

A kedvező árú apartman közvetlenül a tengerparton helyezkedett el, ahol több kiépített strand és számos étterem is található. Közvetlenül a szomszédban volt egy jól felszerelt élelmiszerüzlet, ahol minden szükséges dolgot meg lehetett vásárolni.

Igénybe vettük a transzferszolgáltatást is, amely gyorsan és gördülékenyen működött. Bátran ajánlom mindenkinek, hiszen néhány euróért kényelmesen el lehet jutni a repülőtérről a szállásra.

Cons:

Talán lehetett volna kicsit nagyobb az apartman, de legjobb barátnővel, volt lakótárssal mentem, így nekünk nem volt zavaró.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand und ist außerdem sehr günstig gelegen, da der Flughafen ganz in der Nähe ist.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Besitzer Haris und Elena, die sich um die Reinigung und Pflege des Apartments kümmert. Beide waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Besonders angenehm war, dass wir am Flughafen abgeholt und anschließend direkt zum Apartment gebracht wurden – ein wirklich toller Service!
Das Apartment war sauber, gemütlich und bestens gelegen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Haris und Elena für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft

Pros:

The location is definitely the biggest advantage of this apartment. It is situated in a quiet area directly on the promenade and just a few steps from the beach, which made it very convenient and enjoyable. For one night, the apartment size was acceptable, and the bed was comfortable with clean, freshly changed bed linen.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness was far below what I expected. While the bed sheets were clean, the decorative cushions clearly had not been washed for a very long time. Many other areas also appeared neglected. The kitchen cabinets were greasy, the outside of the refrigerator was dirty, the bathroom exhaust fan was completely covered in dust, the drain did not appear to have been cleaned properly, and the bathroom mirror still had marks from previous guests. Overall, it looked like basic cleaning and maintenance had been neglected for quite some time.
The bathroom is very small and offers virtually no storage space for toiletries. The water pressure was extremely weak, and there was hot water only in the shower, not at the kitchen sink where it is actually needed. This made it difficult to properly wash dishes.
The kitchenette itself is a nice feature, but the kitchen equipment was disappointing. The cutlery was a random collection of mismatched pieces, with plenty of forks but only two different knives. A simple matching set would make a much better impression.
At €64 for one night, I expected a much cleaner apartment. The excellent location cannot fully compensate for the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. It may be suitable for younger travelers who are less concerned about these details, but we would not choose this apartment again for a longer stay.

Pros:

Beachfront, the view was amazing! The staff is very helpful when giving the direction, they answered the phone very quick. There was everything available listed on the property e.g hairdryer, towels, soap etc. They also allowed us to check out a bit later 😊

Cons:

Toilet and shower were a bit too small but functional!

Единственото удобство беше, че е на първа линия.

Нямахме връзка в продължение на близо 3 часа с персонала, за да бъдем настанени, въпреки, че имахме изрична уговорка за късно настаняване, с което те се съгласи ха и изрично ни писаха да се обадим 15 преди да пристигнем на място.

Всичко беше прекрасно
Pros:

Мястото беше супер. На първа линия, чисто, модернизирано и имаше страничен изглед към морето и Солун. Макар и не твърде просторно, беше напълно достатъчно за двама човека, като имаше всички удобства за размера си - котлон, хладилник, голямо и удобно легло, телевизор, безжичен интернет, а обзавеждането е модерно и приятна. Банята също.
Около сградата има и възможност да се паркира безплатно без проблем, а ползването на чадърите и шезлонгите на плажа е със съвсем достъпна консумация от 5 евро на човек. Водата е чиста, пълна с рибки и рачета и едно от местата в Гърция, за които не не бяха необходими специални обувки.

Cons:

Ясно се чува шумът в коридора от съседните стаи и препятства по - късното ставане.

Struttura un pò retrò, stanza con cucinino fornito di stoviglie e bagno con ventola. Posizione eccellente fronte mare.
Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze dell'ospite. Wi-fi funzionante.

Cons:

Non ci sono le zanzariere, tra zanzare e cavallette bisogna dormire per forza con l'aria accesa. Avrei preferito poter dormire con la finestra aperta e sentire il rumore del mare, ma protetta dagli insetti.

- Die Sauberkeit ( Gläser , Teller , Besteck , Wasserkocher dreckig und verkalkt)

- Abdunsthabe übern Herd , schmierig , fettig und klebrig und voller Flecken
- Keine Waschmaschine wie in der Zimmer beschreibung angegeben.
- Haare und Flecken auf der Bettwäsche
- Räumlichkeit war staubig
-Wände dreckig , spinnweben sowie einrisse
-Badezimmer Ablüfter dreckig sowie voller Staub und Flusen
- Balkon ohne eine Möglichkeit für einen tisch oder stühle hinzustellen
- keine möglichkeit für Wäsche zum trocknen gehabt
- pfannenwender der aus Holz war, war beschädigt sowie keine messer zum schmieren vorhanden
- keine Sommer Bettdecke gehabt
