Pros:

La posizione. A giusta distanza dalla Atene turistica (15 minuti a piedi )e ben servita da numerosi locali e servizi qualitativamente migliori rispetto a quelli della zona centrale turistica.

Cons:

Uno degli appartamenti aveva un odore poco gradevole, ma l' host si è messo subito a disposizione per effettuare un cambio. Talvolta il condizionatore sembrava non funzionare , ma tutto sommato siamo stati bene.

Perto da estação de metro, uma dica para quem não conhece Athenas, a localização é longe do centro, precisando pegar transporte publico ou uma boa caminhada. Bairro residencial e agradavel

Cons:

Instalação em pior estado do que nas fotos, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia (como, por exemplo, cortinas em mal estado).

Pros:

Its a compact studio located at an easy distance from the main sights. I used the Metro and it took me 10-15 mnts to reach the Acropolis. There are shops, restaurants nearby. I used a taxi to/from the airport and the owner organised it for me which was very helpful.

Great apartment in a lovely area of Athens. Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The location is excellent, in a quiet area but also a short walk away from an open air cinema, a number of really good restaurants and bars. It is within easy reach of a metro station and it is also possible to walk into the centre of Athens in 15 or 20 minutes.

Cons:

Access to the two bedrooms is via a narrow spiral staircase, fine if you are careful in how you approach them but possibly not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Comodissimo per la vicinanza alla fermata della metro...quartiere molto tranquillo e sicuro e con pochi turisti rispetto ai quartieri centrali...ristorantini ottimi nei dintorni...in 10-15 minuti a piedi si arriva nel quartiere di Thiseio in vista dell'Acropoli... Sicuramente da consigliare.

Cons:

Il bagno senza finestre è sempre un problema...essendo al piano terra con finestre sull'atrio e tende scure l'appartamento era molto buio...

Cosy and uncomplicated
Pros:

People very nice and helpfull. It‘s located a bit far away from the center but the area is quiet, with bara and restaurants and well conectes with the Bus and Metro. I can recommend the place

Very convenient
Pros:

This is a comfortable, convenient place to stay in a great location, close to attractions like the acropolis and near grocery shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was good. Guests should ensure they have a look at the listing photos carefully, as many of the rooms have lofts which have steep stairs with no railings, so pay attention to the listing when you are selecting your apartment as not all spaces are suitable for young/old or those with concerns about mobility.

Pros:

We wanted a place central to Acropolis and this was within walking distance. There are shops restaurants along the street. The streets felt safe when returning back late. The host kept regular communications and responded to queries real quicktime. Overall, it was what we wanted a short stopover before we set off to the islands.

Amazing area if you want to experience a less touristy Athens
Pros:

We spent a few days in Athens and we absolutely loved this area. If you are not so keen on being surrounded by thousands of tourists all the time then this is for you. Amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance that is mostly for locals not tourist traps, vibey and alive at night and quiet during the day. Still central enough to easily get to the touristy areas (walked to Acropolis, short train to museum of archaeology). The room was small but comfortable, all we needed for a few days exploring Athens.

Cons:

One minor thing - nowhere to comfortably hang towels after use.
