Eva manager is super, kind, very professional and helpful. The view is fantastic but not for tanning

the view was stunning and Eva manager the sweetest person on the Earth, very kind, very professional, answered immediately, very helpful, simply perfect!

Cons:

the jacuzzi would be better outside than inside of the room, and also the bed chairs in patio should be changed, puffs are ridiculous, we couldn't sit on them, there was no place for tanning, the patio was covered with roof which was a main problem and the second no proper bed chairs

The location is great , close to the iconic blue domes and most importantly the villa manager Eva has been great help
She has arranged everything; even personally arranged the lunch with local restaurant, last min arrangement of boat trip which was fab. Great experience overall.

Cons:

Sunset is not visible from the property but no complain .. just few couple of min of walk and you are at a wonderful viewing spot

Pros:

Located in central Oia so everything is in walking distance however with maximum privacy and no hordes of tourists nerby.
View of the terrace was simply mesmerizing.
The gem of the Ambassador villa is the huge cave pool where you can stay all day on sun or in shade and look ar the caldera.
The furnishing was clean and the breakfast were tasty.
Personel was very kind and helpfull.

Most adorable place and best staff possible in Oia
Pros:

OMG the view!! Did not want to leave the balcony. In fact, I slept out on the balcony! Room was adorable and comfortable with a couch and table and chairs, oh, and an indoor jacuzzi. Crazy! The manager, Eva, was wonderful. She sent a coworker out to find us in the maze of Oia, otherwise we’d still be looking for our villa. She also booked us a catamaran cruise happening a mere 18 hrs later, and even got them to pick us up and drop us off at different locations. And breakfast brought to our room in the am? This place is simply wonderful!

Cons:

The bathroom was a little cramped, but then this is Oia.
