Wonderful hotel with breathtaking view
Pros:

This is a perfect place to enjoy Fira and its surroundings. Breathtaking view of the caldera and Santorini's white and blue residences. It's centrally located, steps away from shops, dining, and transportation options. [By the way, we rented a car from Car Ltd . . . great car, great price, excellent service]

The pool provided a welcome respite on hot days, and an incomparable view. Breakfast was made to order, served poolside every day, and was by far the best we enjoyed on our 2-week Greek holiday.

Hotel management made our stay extra special, and arranged our transport to the airport very efficiently at the end of our stay.

It's a bit of a hike to and from the lobby, which we found amusing once we figured it out. We definitely appreciated the porters who carried our bags for us.

We loved Panorama suites and would stay again gladly.

If you’re looking for a great place to Panorama Suites is the place!
Pros:

Great location, great service, great views of the Caldera! Amazing sunrise and sunsets!

Cons:

Not the properties fault but you really have to be in shape to go up and down the stairs. It’s more my fault than the property. They do have a small elevator.

Wish we could have stayed longer!
Pros:

This was our second time at Panorama Suites, and it was everything I remembered it to be. Incredible views, amazing staff, and we got the same room (33), right over the pool. Peter was very helpful with our luggage and transfer when we had an early 7am flight, and they even offered us sandwiches since we couldn't partake in the breakfast. My go-to hotel if we come back to Santorini, it's perfect.

Incredible views, beautiful rooms & exceptional staff
Pros:

Everything - probably the most I’ve ever spent on a hotel, but was worth every cent. The room is luxurious and comfortable without being pretentious. The outdoor spaces all have incredible views, but the hot tub was just next level. Beautiful and generous breakfast is included. On top of all of this, the staff are just wonderful - so polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They just get what people might want and pre-empt it. Probably my best stay after many trips to Greece including Santorini. Cannot recommend a stay enough, you won’t regret it!

Cons:

Lots of steps and a bit of a maze between buildings!! But it was actually a fun challenge to work it out, and thank goodness the staff carry your bags!! It would be nice to have some shelves or drawers for clothes, but this is a very small issue - there is wardrobe and lots of bench spaced so we worked it out.
