Würden das nächste Mal was anderes suchen
Pros:

Es ist eine Küche vorhanden wo man sich was zubereiten kann. Zimmergröße ist gut. Man ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Graz ist nicht allzu weit weg.

Cons:

Die Möbel und Austattung sind eher billig, erinnert an Jugendherberge. Kein Shampoo fürs duschen vorhanden. Kein Ofen vorhanden. Mikrowelle war schon sehr vergilbt. Leider sind alle Ein-/Ausgänge vom Zimmer alle nebeneinander. Somit würden wir jeden morgen geweckt von Türen die zugeknallt sind. Das war für uns sehr ärgerlich wenn man im Urlaub eigentlich mal ausschlafen kann. Parken vorm Haus nicht möglich. Mussten in der Umgebung nach einem Parkplatz suchen.

Coole Gestaltung der Wohnung. Man hat sich da Gedanken gemacht.

Cons:

Ein paar Kapseln Kaffee wären echt nett gewesen. Das ist in vergleichbaren Unterkünften durchaus üblich.

Anita was extremely kind and helpful, the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown.

Assolutamente favoloso
Pros:

Appartamento molto comodo per la posizione vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada.
Zona residenziale molto tranquilla e non rumorosa.
Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile coi mezzi (sabato e domenica gratis).
Bellissima terrazza, anche se non usufruita visto il periodo invernale.

Boravak u Studiosplus / prosinac 2025.
Pros:

Osoblje je znalo engleski jezik, objekt je bio čist - kupaona je imala čiste ručnike i sapun. Kuća je jako dobro povezana javnim gradskim prijevozom do grada ili gradskih parkova, udaljena je 200 m od busne stanice.

Cons:

Kuhinja nije imala puno pribora, na raspolaganju su bili toster, mikrovalna, kuhalo za vodu i kavu, međutim nije bilo začina niti kave za pripremu. Nedostajalo je više noževa, lonaca i daski za rezanje mesa i povrća. Dio pribora nije bio dobro opran. Na raspolaganju je i perilica suđa. Grijanje u smještaju je podno, kontrolirano termostatom na zidu, ali vrlo slabo je grijalo.

Pros:

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, für uns war die Lage gut um Graz zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Wir hatten auch einen Balkon, sodass man den Kaffee in der Sonne genießen konnte. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Gute Lage, nette Vermieterin, Sauberes Zimmer, leider keine Vorhänge
Pros:

Gute Lage und nette Gastgeberin.

Cons:

Leider gab es vom Schlafzimmer zur gemeinsam genutzten, nicht abgetrennten Terrasse keine Vorhänge als Blickschutz bzw zum Abdunkeln..
Es gab lediglich 2 Raffstores mit Kurbel was für spontanes Blickdicht machen doch eher umständlich ist an einem gemeinsamen Wochenende.
Außerdem ließen die Raffstores in der Früh recht viel Licht ins Zimmer.
