A gem in Fira, Santorini!
Pros:

The room was very clean and organized. The bed was comfy. The staff from the front desk down to the kitchen staff were all nice, very helpful, cheerful, friendly etc, etc
And the breakfast was superb! 😋😋😋Highly recommended!

Cons:

🧐🧐🧐🤔🤔🤔 can't find anything we didn't like!

Besonders herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang, sehr hilfsbereit. Es war sehr kalt in Santorini, wir konnten uns gut im Jacuzzi aufwärmen.

Excellent séjour !
Pros:

Nous avons très bien été accueilli et passer un excellent séjour. La localisation était idéale. Proche du centre de Fira , tout se faisait à pied.
Nous avons eu plein de recommandations de le part de l’hôtel et une des hôtes parlait très bien français, nous avons adoré je recommande

Hôtel rempli de charme proche de tout

La localisation
A 5mn à pied de tous les commerces, restaurants, et gare routière

L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit très calme

Les chambres sont magnifiques et propres ! La salle de bain propre et très belle !

Petit plus : avoir une chambre en bas et une en haut cela fait très indépendant

Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des plats locaux et pour tous les goûts

À la réception, nous avons été accueillis par Maria, avec son sourire, sa gentillesse et son énergie ! Elle nous a donné pleins de renseignements sur l'île ! Merci encore !

Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé
L’accueil avec Maria le soir de notre arrivée . Elle nous a donné beaucoup d’informations sur les villages à visiter.
Également le personnel de la réception le matin, ainsi que l’équipe du petit-déjeuner.
D’ailleurs le petit-déjeuner est excellent et varié tous les jours.

Belle expérience à Fira
Pros:

Les personnes à l'accueil étaient vraiment supers, très agréables et très arrangeantes. Le petit dej était exceptionnel !
La chambre était lumineuse et très propre. La literie très confortable.

Cons:

Dommage que l'hôtel ne soit pas équipé de TV connectés, cela permettrait l'accès à Netflix par exemple pour les enfants pour les moments de pause. Mais ceci est valable pour la majorité des hôtels.
