one of our best family trip we loved the hotel the location the service around the hotel.
Pros:

amazing breakfast, the hotel staff, we loved the entire room with jacuzzi our kids love it so much amazing location in center of fira, and also near of bus station that take all around the main points of fira. and what we love most was the receptionist Maya, so kind, helpfully, and loved person she will be the the first thing people will love on the first day and days after trust me.

Pros:

Excellent emplacement à deux pas du centre ville.
La chambre était très confortable avec une belle vue sur la mer.
Le personnel était aux petits soins.
Petit déjeuner très bon et complet. Il change chaque jour, ce qui évite de manger toujours la même chose.

Thank you so much for the special attention I received from you regarding the preparation of the tahini and the avocado 😃.

I wanted to mention that I only need something fatty (and healthy) like tahini or avocado on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, which are the days I take aspirin.

In any case, I was pleasantly surprised, and I am very happy that you pay such close attention to your guests. It’s not something you see everywhere. I truly appreciated this thoughtful care.

Séjour au calme au cœur de Fira
Pros:

Petit hôtel, Personnel aimable(merci à Maya pour ses conseils), emplacement très proche du centre de Fira mais dans une rue calme(on peut tout faire à pied, proche de la gare de bus et supermarché, rues principales), buffet du petit déjeuner très bon avec beaucoup de choix (ne change pas forcément tous les jours), lit confortables, possibilité de réserver des massages sur place (le masseur vient sur place), piscine fraîche mais agréable - bon rapport qualité prix pour Santorin

Cons:

Volets pas évident à fermer, n’hésitez pas à demander la marche à suivre, chambre pas hyper grande mais confortable

Modern, stylish. Pool and lovely balcony. Our room very comfortable. Tea, coffee making facilities and a toastie machine. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Gave me a special birthday gift of wine and fruit. Local and walkable to all areas. Safe area. Supermarket nearby.

Excelente ubicación, tranquilidad y hermosa vista al mar
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Está a solo unos minutos del centro, pero lo mejor es que se encuentra en una zona mucho más tranquila y con menos circulación de personas. Para llegar al centro prácticamente solo había que caminar un par de cuadras.

Además, el alojamiento incluía desayuno, el cual nos pareció excelente, y el personal fue siempre muy amable y atento. También realizaron limpieza diaria de la habitación, lo que valoramos mucho. Como un extra, nuestra habitación tenía una hermosa vista al mar.

Cons:

Como sugerencia de mejora, sería ideal que ampliaran el horario del desayuno.

Pros:

Reception staff were very friendly, pleasant pool area, nice big balcony in our jacuzzi suite. They let us check out a couple of hours later as our baby wasn't well. Nice breakfast too. Not too long a walk to a small supermarket and the main restaurants of Fira are only a 10 minute walk.

Cons:

The transfer arranged through the hotel was somewhat problematic as the driver only wanted cash and I wasn't told in advance.

Pros:

Emplacement près de la station des bus et du centre ville. Petit déjeuner copieux et variés. Personnel très agréable et accueil génial avec une hôtesse parlant 6 langues et expliquant tous les points forts de l'île à visiter. Chambres spacieuses et très propres.
