If the Guest cancels a Group Booking more than 30 days from the arrival date, the guest will be charged the deposit but will not have to pay for the booking.

Un endroit qu’on n’a plus envie de quitter
Pros:

Tout !
Chambre confortable et moderne avec tout ce qu’il faut. La terrasse spacieuse avec une vue incroyable, encore plus lors du couché de soleil.
La gentillesse, l’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel.
Le restaurant, on y a très bien mangé autant le soir que pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L'accès au logement se fait par des routes étroites et raides.

Pros:

Une vue magnifique avec des couchers du soleil incroyables. Hôtel calme, personnel très serviable et attentionné avec des chambres agréables, claires et propres. Restaurant sur place (cocktails top aussi) et plats très bien garnis avec un panorama sur la baie, magique le soir! Plage vraiment très belle, de sable et mer translucide. Le village de Pelekas au dessus à beaucoup de charme aussi. Notamment le soir.
Un grand merci à Claudia, son fils, et son équipe pour ces 2 semaines.

Cons:

Une voiture est indispensable même pour aller à Pelekas. Les accès ne sont pas faciles, très pentus.
Pas d'animation le soir à Pelekas beach (bars, musique, écran pour voir les matchs), très étonnant car station jeune. Quelques tavernes qui ferment très tôt.

Pros:

L emplacement est top, surtout avec le coucher de soleil.
Les propriétaires sont à l écoute , très gentille. Le restaurant est de qualité, viande grillée excellente.
Nous avons ce passe un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement.

Bardzo polecamy pobyt w Bella Vista w Pelakas
Pros:

Bardzo czysto, personel bardzo miły, piękne zachody słońca, cudowny widok, wszystko działało jak trzeba. Jak coś nie grało to zaraz była reakcja i wszystko już działało. Jedzenie przepyszne. Bardzo chętnie wrócimy i będziemy polecać ❤️

Super Urlaubswoche mit sehr guter Unterkunft in herrlicher Umgebung

Persönliche Betreuung, hilfreiche und herzliche Mitarbeiter im Familienunternehmen, phantastische Lage, liebevoll bereitetes Frühstück, gutes Abendessen in angenehmer Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Dazu fällt uns nichts ein, vielleicht, dass der kurze Weg zum Strand etwas steil ist.

Pros:

Nous avons adoré la résidence Bella Vista son emplacement est exceptionnel c'est le plus beau côté de Corfou ! nous avons assisté à des sunset magnifiques !!! que dire de Claudia et Sofia 🥰 adorables à notre écoute, à tout faire pour nous rendre notre séjour agréable ! nous avons passé 14 jours vraiment super !!! merci aussi au cuistot le restaurant est formidable ! à bientôt nous l'espérons😍

ein wunderbarer Urlaub ,den wir sicher wiederholen werden!
Pros:

Der ganze Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam, der Ausblick vom Zimmer und der hauseigenen Taverne ist fantastisch, so wie das Frühstück und auch die angebotene griechische Küche. Es ist ein kleiner Familienbetrieb der an Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit nur selten zu finden ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

keine Beanstandungen von unserer Seite, allerdings für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder Gehbehinderung nicht optimal.

Ja, wij komen terug ...
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De jongen en vrouw in het restaurant waren zeer vriendelijk.
Het ontbijt aan 10 euro was goed en uitgebreid.
Het avondeten à la carte was lekker en verzorgd.
Het uitzicht vanop de kamer en het restaurant was geweldig (zonsondergang).
Op wandelafstand van een mooi, proper zandstrand.
Op 20 minuten van de luchthaven.

Cons:

De bedden (maar dat is persoonlijk).
De weg er naartoe + parking is stijl (maar ik ben snel bang).
