If the Guest cancels a Group Booking more than 30 days from the arrival date, the guest will be charged the deposit but will not have to pay for the booking.
If the Guest cancels a Group Booking on or within 30 days of the arrival date, the guest will be charged full amount for the entire booking.
The Guest accepts these terms by paying a nonrefundable deposit of 25 % of the total price of the reservation anytime from a Credit Card provided.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Η θέα είναι εξαιρετική , ειδικά την ώρα του ηλιοβασιλέματος !
Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ άνετο.
Οι ιδιοκτήτες σε κάνουν να νιώθεις φίλος και όχι "τουρίστας".
Το κατάλυμα αυτό είναι λόγος για να επισκεφτούμε ξανά την Κέρκυρα!

ΥΓ. Το εστιατόριο είναι επίσης πολύ καλό με σπιτικές γεύσεις!

Pelekas holiday.
Pros:

Appartamenti nel verde collinoso della zona, Pelekas, fuori dal caos della città. Con ottimo servizio colazione e ristorante. Piatti ben fatti.
Pulizie camera ogni due giorni con cambio asciugamani, se richiesti.
Sofia che parlando italiano, ci è stata di grande supporto, indicando e suggerendo spiaggie e luoghi da visitare.
Struttura consigliata con 5 più 5 stelle.

Cons:

Andare via da un luogo stupendo.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

Beautiful sea views from the room, beautiful sunsets. The room was equipped with all the amenities and was cleaned frequently. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Very friendly and caring service from the owners.

Pros:

Wir bedanken uns nochmals für die herzliche Atmosphäre und den sehr freundlichen Service. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber und haben vor allem einen grandiosen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Pelekas Beach. Im Restaurant haben wir bei sehr gutem Service und Essen wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge erlebt.

Great apart-hotel with spectacular views and a short walk from the beach.
Pros:

I booked a studio at Bella Vista because I wanted a quiet stay, close to the beach so I could work during the day and go on walks in the afternoon. The view from my room was spectacular! Such a pleasure to wake up and see the sea every morning. Very convenient that they have their own restaurant, considering I had not rented a car. Sophia and Claudia were so nice and hospitable and they made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I even received complimentary late check out. Thank you again!

The wi-fi in the room was pretty bad.

Banyo çok eski ve bakımsızdi. Duş yaparken, eski bir duş perdesine sürtünerek duş yapılabiliyordu. Banyonun havalandırma penceresi, otelin koridoruna açılıyordu ve sesler duyuluyordu.
Heryerde çoķ fazla yaban arısı vardı, alerjisi olanlar için tehlikeli.

Allot of wasps. Not really their fault and in their power to change but a tip for when you are going is to book a table when the sun has set.
