Great apartment with a very nice seaview and tasty breakfast.
Pros:

The beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is very nice, kind and loving. There's a cafe/restaurant right downstairs with great food and very kind bartenders.

Cons:

It smelled like gasoline in the lobby, but it was resolved very fast.

Clean and modern apartment, good value for money
Pros:

It was clean and everything is new and modern. The apartment is very well equipped. It’s on the beach and you wake up right by the sea.

Cons:

in summer when it’s more crowded you won’t easily find parking

Cons:

Staff was disinterested and unsmiling. No assistance provided with suitcases when checking in, no information provided regarding sightseeing or open eateries.
Sea-facing rooms on first floor have mostly a view of the roof of the ground-floor cafeteria.
Room is rather narrow, not much space to move around.
Towel hangers in bathroom did not stick to the wall and therefore nowhere to hang towels.
Kitchen only basically equipped - no toaster, no towel, no detergent, no sponge.
For 66 Euro/night, during winter and outside high season, the room was overpriced.

Grade on booking isn’t representative for the room we stayed in.
Pros:

Terace view, hosts were very kind and friendly, clean sheets every third day.

Cons:

Kitchen: there was only one electric plug in, so for example if you need to use ketler, you need to shut down refrigirator.
Bathroom: if someone in bathroom next door is using hot water, you can’t shower.
Room: very small storage space, kept most of the stuff in suitcases, very dusty and old.

Nefeli Apartments, questionable choice.
Pros:

The room and the dining balcony have been covered completely by the summer sun during the whole day .

Cons:

We received the wrong room with an excuse "only this type of room" you can book via booking. The room was facing the street, and not the park as advertised. Two adults can't pass each other inside this apartment how small it is. Air-conditioning is not cooling adequately. Dining is located in the open balcony, meaning if it rains (hot sun) you and your meal will be effected. Not for small children, no place for a crib or place on the mutual bed. Slippery bathroom due to leakage from the extra small shower. Rocky beaches close to the location. No privacy from the closeness of the opposite buildings. Too expensive for the offering.
