Outstanding hospitality, great location
Pros:

Nikos and the team of the Flyer's restaurant were most welcoming, cared a lot about the wellbeing of their guests and always had a smile! Outstanding hospitality, thank you. Great location, next to a very lovely beach with a beautiful sunset. There is the Flyer's restaurant just next to the studios and there are other nice restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance.

Pros:

We had a great stay at this lovely holiday home!
The location is beautiful and very convenient, close to everything we needed and above all to the sea .
The house was clean, cozy, and well-maintained.

Nikos was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay.

Pros:

Внимательный персонал. Хозяюшка Эфи старалась сделать наше пребывание комфортным, в этом странном месте, нашла для нас штопор. Уборка каждый день.

Расположение в 2 минутах от центрального пляжа в Пефки. Можно в купальнике дойти до апартаментов не переодеваясь.

Хороший интернет, в холодильнике была бутылочка воды, хозяин апартаментов подарил гранат и мед. Есть сейф для ценных вещей. Есть стол и скамья снаружи номера (но утром там жарко, нет навеса от солнца).

Цена ниже чем в других отелях в этом районе

Cons:

Номер, который нам предоставили не был похож ни на одну из фотографий прикрепленных в описании и букинге: если я бронирую конкретный номер, который выбрала по фотографиям в описании, мне не нужны фотографии других номеров! Пожалуйста наведите порядок в описании апартаментов и фотографий к ним и тогда не будет недопонимания. Нам достался номер на первом этаже с видом на дорогу, без вида на море, без террасы и очень маленький и темный.

Душ старый и ржавый, горячей воды вечером на всех не хватает, часто течет прохладная.

Кухня грязновата: нет штопора (и это в Греции, где есть все?), старые какие то ножи, вилки, все неудобное. Мы не готовили так как неудобно было готовить на такой кухне что либо. Только кофе сварить в турке.

Матрас очень мягкий, не подойдёт любителям жёсткого матраса. Шкафчик для одежды маленький ничего не поместится, розетки расшатанные (что довольно опасно).

В целом, если исправить описанные выше недочёты (это не сложно), то все будет в порядке. Нормальное простое жилье за адекватную цену у самого моря.

Little gem ( wish we had found you earlier )

Clean , tidy lovely comfortable bed . Very close to beach and village itself . Effey our maid very welcoming couldn’t do enough for us . Nickos very helpful with original booking . Nice of him to supply little extras in the property , gave advice on other places we could visit .

Piacevole soggiorno
Pros:

Questa struttura è situata vicinissimo ad una spiaggia attrezzatissima, un ombrellone e due lettini costano 25 € quindi un prezzo onesto , nei pressi ci sono ristoranti e alcuni con servizio in spiaggia, e poi mi è piaciuta la vicinanza a Lindos 6 minuti di macchina e sei un una favola di città molto accogliente e caratteristica

Decisamente la posizione del condizionatore nella stanza 1 e praticamente sul letto e la pulizie e la manutenzione della stanza da bagno con una doccia indecente

Nähe zum Strand, schönes Gebäude, täglich wurde das Bett gemacht und der Mülleimer geleert, alle nötigen Utensilien zum Kochen vorhanden, Handtücher, Seife, Duschgel und Shampoo wurden bereitgestellt

Where to begin the hospitality of the Host Nikos the apartment was spotless and lovely bottle of wine as a gift much appreciated. The amazing view to the sea. The peace and quiet and closeness to all restaurants and shops. The kindness of Effey the lady who came every day to clean. We loved the restaurant next door Flyers had delicious food we booked the Greek Night there highly recommended. Thanks to Petro who helped us get a taxi to Lindos. The lovely gift from Nikos on our way to the airport thank you so much. Can't wait to come back again.
