Pros:

The Appartment was comfortable. Calm and clean. Wi-Fi is ok. The restaurants are in 5 minutes walk. Would like to come back.

Magnifique résidence, séjour agréable, idéal avec un bébé
Pros:

La localisation au cœur d'un village avec commerces et restaurants à 5 minutes, plage à 10 minutes (même si la ville est loin de Rhodes et qu'il faut faire beaucoup de route chaque jour, c'est un choix à faire ; nous voulions plus de calme et d'authenticité que sur la côte nord bétonnée de complexes touristiques).
Les piscines (notamment la piscine ronde parfaite pour notre fils de 2 ans !).
Le personnel très sympathique et serviable (ménage tous les 2 jours), la bouteille d'eau fraiche de bienvenue.
Le petit bar à côté de la piscine.
L'appartement, ses 2 terrasses, la vue sur la mer, le grand lit confortable, le lit bébé, la cuisine équipée, le wifi, le stationnement gratuit.
La résidence, à taille humaine, le calme, les couleurs des façades, l'impression d'être dans un petit village ; c'était vraiment charmant ! Bravo à l'architecte !

Cons:

La décoration de l'appartement un peu trop épuré à notre goût.
Le manque de vaisselle (2 petites cuillères seulement, l'absence de passoire pour les pâtes - nous en avons acheté une).
Le manque de rangement, notamment d'étagères dans la salle de bain, l'entrée et le couloir alors que l'appartement est très grand, ce n'est donc pas la place qui manque !
L'absence de lave-vaisselle alors que l'emplacement est présent.
Le bruit des chaises en métal sur le carrelage (notamment si on loge au rdc, on entend les voisins du dessus à l'heure des repas) ; quelques patins sous les chaises et le problème serait résolu.

La struttura è nuova, pulita in una posizione strategica per chi vuole muoversi e non vuole stare nel caso dei grandi centri. A pochi passi ci sono tutti i servizi. A mia figlia è piaciuto molto i vari colori

Cons:

Niente, forse solo aggiungere regole per il silenzio. Ad esempio dalle 23 alle 07 perché purtroppo ci sono ospiti non sempre rispettosi

Pros:

Fantastisches Personal, tolle Pools, sehr gute Lage. Restaurants und Shops in direktem Umfeld, Strand in 5-10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert für Kurzurlaub mit Familie.

Top um Rhodos mit dem Mietauto zu erkunden.
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und nett.
3 Pools im Zentrum der Anlage, da befindet sich auch die Rezeption und die Snack Bar.
Ins „Zentrum“ sind es 2-3 Gehminuten, da gibt es Alles was man braucht. Dienstag Live Musik bei der Antika Bar, da steppt der Bär 🤪.
Der Ort ist überschaubar aber echt nett und es gibt genügend Tavernen und Restaurants für eine Woche.
Jorgas (der Mann für alle Fälle) spricht auch deutsch. Er ist die Anlaufstelle für Tipps usw. und wir hatten echt nette Gespräche mit ihm.

Great and quite place for a successful vacation.

We have not breakfast but as we saw to others this looks very nice. We have a great vacation here and we will time back for sure.

Pros:

The staff very helpful and friendly. The apartments were very clean and spacious. Perfect location just 3 mins walk to the centre with great bars and restaurants. The beach was 15 mins walk with 2 great beach bars/restaurant.

Fabulous location, with lots of lovely traditional tavernas. Everyone was super friendly.
Pros:

This property has great facilities, with great access to the traditional village, excellent Taverna's and the beach, all walking distance. The property has three lovely pools, and is very quiet.

Cons:

The sunbeds could have benefitted from cushions, but there were plenty available and no one was trying to reserve them.
