I loved the style of the suites, everything was very fresh and clean. It was very calm as well in the area as well as the hotell. We looooved Rania. She is the best. Without her we wouldn’t had such a lovely stay, she gave us tips on where to go, helped us with reservations, and took us on a whole day trip. She made sure we had everything we needed. We would go back just for her.
It was a bit from Oia, like a 25 minute walk. Taxi is very expensive so we walked and it took some time. But on the other hand it was very nice to have some calm atmosphere in Finikia compared to Oia so I wouldn’t really see the distance as sometime negative if you prefer to live somewhere quiet over distance to centrum.
Under no circumstances should you come to this place!! Terrible service — the jacuzzi was cold. We asked five times, they came five times, and did nothing. The jacuzzi stayed cold. There’s a woman who calls herself the administrator, but whenever there’s a question, she immediately calls someone else, and there’s basically no reception at all.
The most upsetting part was the check-out issue: when we booked, it clearly said check-out was between 12:00 and 14:00. But when we arrived, they suddenly claimed it was until 11:00. I have screenshots showing that the time was different when we booked, but they changed it during our stay. When we said we’d stay until 2 PM as written, they threatened to call the police and cause trouble.
In short — I absolutely do not recommend this place!
Was near to Oía by foot but far for the bus stop. Was very clean
Was humidity, do not specify that the economic suite can not use the hidro, Rania was like mad because was a confusion in my arrival time, she made me feel uncomfortable when I asked if I can use the jacuzzi

I had a lovely short stay in Frinikia, largely thanks to the kind and welcoming host, Rania. I had read many positive reviews about her, and they turned out to be true. She’s friendly, helpful, and really makes an effort to ensure her guests are comfortable and happy.
The area is peaceful and beautiful — you mostly hear birds, which creates a very calming atmosphere. Oia is just a 15-minute walk away. Good walking shoes are a must, when exploring the village — the charming small area where the suites and villas are located.
A great place, made even better by a host who genuinely cares. Thank you, Rania!
Loved the private pool and the cave feel. Rania was very helpful and suggested lots of fun things to do and was going to help with transportation but was unfortunately under the weather.
We didn’t have a great view of all the white buildings but it was still a great area. The taxi can only go so far so you have to walk 5 minutes on the stoney path was hard with luggage. Not much reception for internet or messaging while inside the cave

Location was ideal, a 15 minute walk into Oia, away from the crowds. Foinikiá is quiet and has a bus stop at the top of the hill. Mrs Rania was very polite and helpful, she was always checking up on us to see if we were ok and happy, also very helpful with booking excursions for us . Couldn’t ask for a better host !!! . I would 100% recommend Aqua Serenity Suites ! And we can’t wait to come back . Thank you for having us both .

It was quite and the jacuzi and sunbeds u can go down to the place called secret veiw were there is a pool u can use a lil walk not so far, deffo get a quad €60 if you have licence u need too get around everywere is 20 minute walk, sunbirds travel agency is cheaper then all the others you can do it all online, deffo stock up on water as you cant drink the water it was so hot id suggest taking a hat but the veiws are amazing from oia strogili best place to eat and look at the sun set lady rania was so kind it was my birthday and she made it really special for me the apartment hw she made swan towls for the bed for my birthday and she cleaned as and when we wanted, it was 33 degrees when we went for a week there is a parking lot but there is a little walk to the apartment from the drop off, also email is hw the lady comunicates before you get there
There was alot of walking to the apartment to the market good 20 mins everyday to get food, i feel that the pictures that are advertised should have a clear indication of what one is what as it is so easy to get confused of what you are getting for the money and what comes with that apartment juniour suit has fridge kettle aircon wifi tv some rooms are smaller and bigger

Mrs. Rania helped us settle in and told us everything we needed to know. She even made sure we had breakfast in the morning along with anything else we needed. Along with helping us with things we needed she gave amazing recommendations for places to see on the island and even offered us different tours. She is an amazing host and the place itself was so beautiful.
