Δεν συνηθίζω να γράφω αξιολογήσεις, αλλά για το συγκεκριμένο αξίζει τον κόπο. Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά . Η θέση του σε πολύ καλό σημείο, λίγο έξω από το κέντρο. Ξεχωριστό πάρκινγκ για το κάθε δωμάτιο και μάλιστα στο δικό μας και στεγασμένο. Καθημερινά καθάριζαν και άλλαζαν πετσέτες. Το διαμέρισμα μεγάλο με σαλονάκι και υπνοδωμάτιο. Κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα για κάποιον που θέλει να μαγειρέψει και ψυγείο μεγάλο. Δύο κλιματιστικά δύο τηλεοράσεις στο σαλόνι και στο υπνοδωμάτιο, για τους λάτρεις της tv. Πολύ άνετο στρώμα με ωραία κλινοσκεπάσματα. Πολύ ωραίο μπάνιο με μεγάλη καμπίνα ντους. Ωραίος περιβάλλοντας χώρος. Συγχαρητήρια. Θα σας ξανάρθουμε.

Ολα ήταν πολύ κακά

Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, πολύ εξυπηρετικοί τόσο στο check in και check out οσο και ευέλικτοι στην τακτοποίηση του δωματίου κατα τη διαμονή.
Ευρύχωρα και καλα εξοπλισμένα δωμάτια πολύ κοντά στην πόλη της Καρύστου.

Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από την διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα. Μείναμε 7 βράδια και περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα.
Αρχικά η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, έχει ησυχία και είναι 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο της Καρύστου. Το σπίτι παρείχε όλα τα απαραίτητα, ήταν άνετο και μοντέρνο. Η καθαριότητα ήταν άψογη. Και τέλος ο Θοδωρής ήταν πολύ ευγενικός, εξυπηρετικός και πάντα πρόθυμος να μας να βοηθήσει και να μας δώσει συμβουλές για το πού να πάμε και τι να δούμε.

Absolutely everything! The location is fantastic- close to the port and main town, easy to find. The property is extremely well kept and exceptional. We were very comfortable there as a family of four. The host is incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. It was very windy during our stay and he gave us excellent recommendations. It was pure perfection!

The property has several accommodation units/buildings, independent, with separate entrances for each level, ground floor or first floor and with a parking space provided for each apartment, right next to the entrance door. There are gardens with many flowers, in the green space outside.
We stayed in the studio upstairs. The apartment is impressive in terms of cleanliness, facilities, generous space.
Everything is superlative. New furniture, soft bedding, quality lighting, an air conditioner with efficient cooling in each room, insect nets and blinds on the doors to the balcony/terrace, a TV in each room. The bathroom is clean and equipped with everything necessary, a bathtub with a spacious shower, fluffy towels and a pleasant smell. Cleaning is done daily. The kitchen has a lot of facilities for preparing meals, and an espresso coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, which are provided daily. The terrace is large and has a table and chairs. There is also a balcony that communicates with the terrace and has mountain view, with wonderful sunsets.
The host, Theodoros, is communicative and hospitable and responds to all requests.
The area is quiet, far from the main road. The center of Karystos can be reached by car in 5 minutes, respectively in 7 minutes to Galida beach, which is very long, with calm, clear water, with few stones. Winds are specific in the area, but despite all that, the sea has no waves, it is good for swimming.
We visited the nearby beaches, Agia Paraskevi, Kolona beach, Marmari bay with Zestany beach and Great sand beach.
We were very pleased with our stay at this accommodation and at the Karystos resort. We highly recommend.
