Konum mükemmel, titizlik hastası olan ben için bile temizlik 9/10 diyebilirim. her yere tramvayla 5 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz. rezidans müthiş, asansör bile etkileyici :) çok güzel bir konaklama geçirdik

Bu kadar iyi bir tesise bu kadar eski ve kötü bir ütü yakışmıyor. Bir de yastıklar çok ince, biraz daha yüksek seçenek bulunmalı

But accusing in something that no one has committed is enough.

Amazing view from windows. Old style cool elevator.

Cons:

Owner accused me of smoking and steeling towels without any proofs and sendet me 900 Euro fee.
Neither I nor my girlfriend smoke and steal something. After I asked them to clarify this situation in DM Booking - no one reply me.

Great location, but black mould and sewer smell ruined it.
Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

The shower was covered in black mould, and on most days smelled like an open sewer. The safe wasn't powered. There was no way to lock the (code operated) door from the inside. Plastic covered mattress. The apartment was very dark - it's underground and only has direct sunlight around 30 minutes a day.

There was nothing in the kitchen, not even salt. No tea, sugar, cooking oil only two coffee capsules. The apparment was on two levels connected with a narrow spiral stairs, which fact was not mentioned in the description.

Beliggenhed. Rent.

Cons:

Ingen fleksibilitet med tjek ind og ud tidsounkter. Toiletbrattet gik i stykker og de kunne ikke fikse det i løbet af vores ophold på 4 dage. Der var ikke lys på badværelset.
Internet kode skulle man selv skrive til dem for at få.

Sehr gute Lage
Pros:

Toplage! Großzügige Maisonette Wohnung!

Fenster schließen hervorragend, kein Straßenlärm hörbar! Auch nichts von den Nachbarwohnungen zu hören.

Cons:

Sollte dringend renoviert werden!!

Kaputt war: eine Lampe im Gäste WC, die Küchenbeleuchtung, Toilettenschüssel im Gäste WC, eine Jalousie im Wohnzimmer, ein Vorhangmechanismus im Schlafzimmer, Parkettboden im Wohnbereich war übersät von schwarzen Schuhstreifen der Vorbewohner, Grundausstattung der Küche war lückenhaft, keine Teekanne vorgesehen!

Muito agradável, Viena é uma cidade encantadoram com muita história, e fácil de andar.
Pros:

Da localização do Apartamento, perto do centro da cidade, com Metro e Tran à Porta. O Apartamento era muito confortável, espaçoso e até tinha um pequeno terraço, otimo para uma refeição.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, wegen der Baustelle vor der Tür war die Aussicht zwar nicht ideal, dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts. Lärm hört man von der Baustelle aufgrund der gut gedämmten Fenster nicht.

Die Wohnung ist übersichtlich, aber recht entsprechend eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war sehr zuvorkommend und rasch.

Cons:

Die Wohnung war auf den ersten Blick sauber, bei genauerem Hinsehen ist aber doch aufgefallen, dass nur dort gründlich gereinigt wird, wo man es direkt sieht. Eine regelmäßige Grundreinigung einschließlich Fenster und Staubfallen wie Türen oder Wandabsätze würde das Objekt deutlich aufwerten. Das Wasser in der (angenehm großen) Dusche lief leider nicht gut ab.
