Pros:

Evin konumu harika, temizliği gayet iyiydi. 1 hafta kaldık ve ihtiyacımız olan herşey vardı. Sigara kullananlar için teras güzel bir detay. Girişte saate dikkat edilmesi biraz yordu ama kural kuraldır. Metro durağı ve herşeye ulaşabileceğiniz Billa market hemen köşede. Bundan sonra Viyana'ya ne zaman gitsem burada kalırım.

We had a very enjoyable time and can recommend this apartment for first time visitors to Vienna.
Pros:

Location was excellent, near city centre and good transport links. Supermarket very near for shopping and good local cafes and restaurants. Within walking distance or short tram ride of tourist attractions.

Cons:

Would have appreciated a welcome pack with information and some essentials.
Under kitchen counter light was not working.
Only 3 wine glasses provided.

Lokasyonu harika ve genel olarak konforlu
Pros:

Konumu harika belediye binasının arka sokağında tam karşısında market var etrafta kafe ve restoranlar eczane mevcut.
birçok turistik noktaya yürüeyerek çok rahat ulaştık ve evin tam önünde tramvay durağı var.(binanın önündeki sokakta metro inşaatı var ama biz hiç gürültü duymadık bizi engelleyecek bir durum olmadı)
mutfak ekipmanları eksiksiz yatak odası ve oturma odası mevcut. Keyifli bir konaklamaydı tekrar aynı yerde kalmayı düşünüyorum.Binada asansör var ve ısıtma mükemmel

Cons:

2 kişiden fazla iseniz açılıp yatak olabilen bir koltuk var ve maalesef konforlu değil.
bir de temzilik oda servisi gibi hizmetleri yok. (odada konaklama süresine yetecek kadar kağıt havlu tuvalet kağıdı sabun gibi ürünler bulundurulmalı)

Terrible experience.
Pros:

Space and layout and being a penthouse.

Cons:

After driving for few hours to arrive: The property heating system was not functioning at all. The first day was absolutely terrible. We had to wear layers of clothes to survive. It was at least minus 7 degrees and felt like minus 20. The thermostat reading was definitely wrong.

The second day the manager brought us two heaters which should have been done from the first day.

We couldn’t wait to leave Vienna as the whole trip turned into a nightmare. Three days of disappointment. Glad we left one day before new year and drove to Zagreb which was far a much better place, service, and respect for human beings basic survival requirements.

Excellente situation et appartement sympa ... dès que les travaux du métro auront été achevés

L'espace intérieur et la localisation.

Cons:

Malgré un excellent vitrage (bien utile pour isoler du bruit de la circulation), rien ne permettait d'éviter les vibrations des travaux de terrassement exécutés au pied de l'immeuble. Réveil assuré à 6 heures du matin chaque jour de la semaine. Travaux les plus gênants programmés jusque fin août 2025.

Etwas preiswerter und ich wäre zufrieden gewesen

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber aber schon etwas anfällig Türen waren defekt
