Ottima esperienza, super consigliato
Pros:

La posizione perfetta per raggiugere qualsiasi zona della città sia a piedi che con tram metro e bus.
La possibilità di avere market vicinissimo.
L'insonorizzazione con un cantiere della metropolitana praticamente sotto la finestra non si sentiva praticamente nessun rumore.
L'appartamento era confortevole, la doccia fantastica.
Mi sento di consigliare a tutti questa soluzione per un piacevole soggiorno in questa fantastica città

Cons:

Niente in particolare, forse solo i cuscini per noi un pochino morbidi, ma è una considerazione personale, magari per altre persone vanno bene così come sono. Assolutamente non grave

Good place to stay in the centre of Vienna for a long weekend
Pros:

Good comfortable apartment in a great location near the City Hall (Rathaus)U-Bahn station. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay and would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

We couldn't get the air con to work but maybe we weren't doing it right?! Instead we just opened the windows for a bit each evening and that soon cooled the place down. Apart from that everything was good.

Bright spacious apartment in perfect central location
Pros:

Excellent central location. Bright airy spacious comfortable apartment. Comfortable big bed. Very responsive and helpful management staff. Excellent communications.

Cons:

Kitchen poorly equipped. Some things not working/broken and maintenance needed.

Adequate and central

The location was very good, close to public transport, stores and restaurants

There were alot of broken things in the apartment, the balcony door and the shower. The floor on the hallway was extremely dirty.

Pros:

Top Lage, großzügig geschnittene helle Wohnung mit sehr guter Schallisolierung, so dass man von der direkt vor dem Haus liegenden Kreuzung nichts hörte.
Gute Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung. Nach Hinweis auf fehlende Gläser wurden zügig welche gebracht.

Cons:

Ausstattung für Größe und Preis etwas mager.

Super Lage aber lieblos…
Pros:

Die Lage ist super - wenn man nicht auf einen Parkplatz angewiesen ist. Vordem Haus wird ein neuer u-Bahneingang o.ä. Gebaut. Das schränkt die Aussicht (App. 007) ein. Die Fenster sind allerdings super Schall isoliert. Die Ausstattung geht so, es gab leider nur einen Topf und der war auch noch sehr groß. Dafür gab es dann 3 Pfannen ;-) In der Gästetoilette fehlte die Brille, was auch schon andere Gäste hier beschrieben haben. Trotzdem würde ich wieder kommen

Herrliche Lage, aber Besitzer sollte sich endlich einmal engagieren

Cons:

Die wunderbaren Altbaufliesen im Treppenhaus. Flur waren asozial; zeigt uralten Schmutz.!!!
Balkontür muss repariert werden, hängt sich aus und schließt nicht richtig! Duschstange löst sich. Küchenausstattung: eine einzige Kapsel für Kaffeemaschine! Vor allem aber ein einziger Topf, Durchmesser 30 cm, der funktioniert hat. Kleiner konnte nur als Salatsschüssel benutzt werden… Geschirr, viel zu wenig, auch Besteck!

Sehr schön, Wien ist immer eine Reise wert.

Sehr schöne Lage im Stadtzentrum. Sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in nächster Umgebung. Tiefgarage im Nachbargebäude.

Cons:

Appartement-Ausstattung war im Küchenbereich nicht vollständig. Einige kleinere Mängel an Vorhängen.

Wir haben einen guten Aufenthalt gehabt, jedoch fehlt der Wohnung etwas an Charme.

Zu wenig Geschirr. Keine Salatschüssel, wenig Besteck.

Konum mükemmel, titizlik hastası olan ben için bile temizlik 9/10 diyebilirim. her yere tramvayla 5 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz. rezidans müthiş, asansör bile etkileyici :) çok güzel bir konaklama geçirdik

Cons:

Bu kadar iyi bir tesise bu kadar eski ve kötü bir ütü yakışmıyor. Bir de yastıklar çok ince, biraz daha yüksek seçenek bulunmalı

Great location, but black mould and sewer smell ruined it.
Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

The shower was covered in black mould, and on most days smelled like an open sewer. The safe wasn't powered. There was no way to lock the (code operated) door from the inside. Plastic covered mattress. The apartment was very dark - it's underground and only has direct sunlight around 30 minutes a day.

But accusing in something that no one has committed is enough.
Pros:

Amazing view from windows. Old style cool elevator.

Cons:

Owner accused me of smoking and steeling towels without any proofs and sendet me 900 Euro fee.
Neither I nor my girlfriend smoke and steal something. After I asked them to clarify this situation in DM Booking - no one reply me.
