Good apartment, not suited for people who come by car, in my opinion.
Pros:

The appartment itself was very good, everything was ok apart from the fact that when we opened the windows and the wind blew, a lot of dust came out from under the beds.

Cons:

Even though the owner says that parking is available, parking in the area is a nightmare. In the end, we managed to park in an underground parking, some 15 min away, for 47 EUROs/day.

Spacious, cozy two-room apartment in a good (if not central) location, let down by weak air-conditioning and minimal kit
Pros:

A cozy apartment with plenty of space, divided into two separate rooms — a bedroom and a living room with kitchen — with a door you can close between them. It’s not right in the city center, but still close to the Ring and the Museum Quarter, with easy subway or tram access to get anywhere. There are some nice cafés and restaurants nearby, and a tram stop just two minutes away.

Cons:

We were disappointed with the air-conditioning, which wasn’t sufficient during the high summer temperatures. I tried contacting the host about it but wasn’t able to get it resolved. Strangely, the kitchen equipment was also very scarce — just a pair of everything, meaning you have to do the dishes constantly.

A comfortable apartment excellently located for exploring Vienna's historic centre
Pros:

The location, just outside the old town, proved excellent for exploring the historic centre and main sights and for public transport connections - and we enjoyed being based in the local area of Josefstadt and next to Neubau, both with local shops and restaurants (for their outside eating areas we especially liiked Glacis Beisl and il Sestante).

The apartment is modern, within an older building, well equiped and spacious for two people. We liked using the small balcony overlooking the rear courtyard. Despite being near busy streets, we couldn't hear any traffic noise due to the very effective glazing.

There have been some previous comments about airconditioning. The apartment has built-in cooling in both the living room and bedroom which is simple to operate through a wall dial with three settings. When we stayed the external temperatures reached 35degC+ and the system maintained comfortable temperatures in the apartment throughout - though it didn't deliver the icy blasts or cold tempertaures that wall mounted units often do.

Despite the good built in equipment and facilities, there is a minimal approach to provision of more consumable supplies such as washing machine tablets - or the instruction leaflets for equipement. These are minor points but could be improved, especially for those, like us, staying more than a couple of days.

Check-in was simple and the hosts responsive by message.

A very pleasent stay, will definitely stay there when ever visiting Vienna again.
Pros:

A wonderful location near most of the attractions, steps away from the subway and all transportation, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. It was quiet and well soundproofed.

Cons:

Not much to dislike, it was wonderful, if only the shower drained quicker, it would have been exceptional, but still did not cause a problem. The stay was great.

Good location, excruciating experience
Pros:

The location, which is inmejorable, was the best part of this allegedly superior apartment. The bed was pretty comfortable. The washing machine worked well. The furnishings were adequate.

Cons:

The management staff, the communication, and the excuses one after another when we went without air conditioning for 4 days. Being treated as a nuisance and with condescension when posing a legitimate complaint about the air conditioning was not conducive to a great relaxing vacation. Having to chase after staff to get a response on this aircon issue during hot days is not my idea of a "superior" apartment experience. I was issued a token refund which, contrary to what the staff alleged, is NOT the 10 percent of what I paid for this apartment. They claimed I paid 300 euro less than what I really paid. And, when I showed them the receipt, they completely ignored me. I would think long and hard before booking this place.

Excellent stay in a beautiful city.
Pros:

Excellent location with a supermarket across the road, lots to see within walking distance and 2 underground stations nearby. The flat was very comfortable, well equipped and quiet despite being on a busy corner.

Cons:

No instructions on how to operate air conditioning. A step stool would be helpful as the cupboards were high and I needed to climb on a chair to access glasses and plates.

Home while in Vienna- a perfect stay.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, and privacy was exceptional. Having a week’s stay at the apartment is highly recommended!

Cons:

Nothing was unliked because it met exceeded all my expectations for staying in Vienna during ESC.

Super Lage, daher immer wieder!

Cons:

Ausstattung in der Küche nicht für Familien oder Personen, die mehr als Nudeln mit Tomatensauce kochen wollen, geeignet.
Induktion aber nur ein passender Topf, der für Induktion geeignet ist!
Abzug in der Ausstattung, da wir gerne Appartements Hotels vorziehen, um auch mal im Urlaub zu kochen um nicht jeden Tag im Restaurant essen gehen zu müssen.
