Mükemmel Konum modern tesis
Pros:

Konumu harika bence. Zippererstrasse U-Bahn durağından her yere ulaşım çok kolay. Zaten metro girişi Apartmanın hemen karşısında. Isınma süperdi. Çamaşır makinesi hariç apartta herşey mevcuttu. Temizlik genel anlamda yeterli ve iyiydi. Tavsiye ederim. Tekrar Viyana'ya gidersek burada konaklarım.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Ein großes sauberes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht: Geschirr, Geschirrspüler (+ Tabs), Waschmaschine (+ Tabs), Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und so weiter. Sauberkeit war auch auf höchstem Niveau.
Das Apartment ist groß. Wir waren zu zweit da (zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer), es wäre auch für vier Personen total ausreichend.
Unseres Apartment lag im Hinterhof, dadurch war die Wohnung trotz Verkehr draußen sehr still. Die Terrasse ist ausgezeichnet, schade, dass wir sie im März nicht in vollen Zügen nutzen konnten, im Sommer muss es traumhaft sein.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt (Straßenbahn zum Stadtzentrum und die U-Bahn-Station direkt vor dem Haus), zum Einkaufen gibt es Lidl (gleich der nächste Eingang) und Billa (gegenüber), auch eine Bäckerei und andere Läden in der Nähe.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt (wir waren 10 Tage da) perfekt, aber auch für eine kurze Reise absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr sauber, sehr schön. Die Umgebung ist etwas laut. Eine Seite Hauses geht zur Straße raus, die auch nachts sehr laut ist, aber mit geschlossenem Fenster haben wir richtig gut geschlafen. Die Betten waren fantastisch, die Ausstattung total ausreichend, vor allem war alles sehr sauber. Sehr positiv ist die Anbindung mit den Öffentlichen. Mit der U-Ban ist man in 15 Minuten mitten im Zentrum.

Cons:

Krångel med in checking kring kl 22.00. Support telefon är död, ingen svarar trots upprepade ringningar.
Väldigt perifert i Distinkt 22. Handbukar/linne byte kostar extra- negativt. Få restauranger i närheten.

It was very clean and well equipped.

Cons:

I stayed at this apartment with a group of friends, and unfortunately we had a very frustrating experience.

One evening we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment. One of our friends left the key on the inside of the door and the door closed automatically behind us. We immediately contacted the host to explain the situation and asked for help. They told us that an AirKey would be generated for us, and in the meantime they said there was a keybox with a code where we could find a spare key when we returned.

However, when we came back to the apartment around 1 AM, the spare key was not there. The key in the keybox was actually for a storage room, not for the apartment. We tried contacting them again, but they were not helpful at all and seemed unaware of the situation. In the end, no solution was provided and we were left outside in the middle of the night.

Because of this, we had no choice but to find another hotel and book a room for that night. The next day, the AirKey was finally generated, but only around 12 PM. On top of that, the compensation they offered was very disappointing. They refunded only about 10% of the total stay, which didn’t even cover half of the cost of the hotel we had to book for that night.

Overall, the lack of support and responsibility from the host was very disappointing. Situations like this can happen, but what really matters is how they are handled, and unfortunately in our case we were left completely on our own.
