Pros:

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή. Από κάτω είναι σούπερ μάρκετ και απέναντι το μετρό.
Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα.

Cons:

Η μυρωδιά στο διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ περίεργη και όσο και να το αερίζαμε δεν έφευγε. Επίσης οι πετσέτες δεν ήταν αρκετές. Για να τις αλλάξουν έπρεπε να πληρώσεις έξτρα.

Çok memnun kaldım
Pros:

Temiz ,ulaşıma alışveriş için marketlere çok yakın ,sesiz ,kullanışlı .otelin önünden tramvay var ,metro ise tam karşısında .kesinlikle tavsiye ederim .

Cons:

3hafta kaldım ,nevresimlerin ve havluların haftada 1 değiştirilmesini isterdim

noise keeps coming from outside, if you're a light sleeper, you might have a hard time to fall asleep. Otherwise everything's just great

Tolle Wohnung in der schönen Stadt Wien
Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt - direkt in U-Bahn & Straßenbahnnähe, ebenfalls sind in unmittelbarer Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Man kommt schnell zu den schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt, die Wohnung selber ist komfortabel ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ruhig.

Pros:

Останавливались с дочкой в январе 2026 года на 10 дней в квартире с видом во двор и большой террасой. Квартира небольшая, но тихая, уютная и теплая, отлично подходит как для короткого так и для длительного проживания. Хорошая техника, удобная мебель и вся необходимая посуда. Хорошая шумоизоляция, за 10 дней ни разу не слышали соседей. Удобное расположение, рядом несколько магазинов с продуктами и бытовой химией, аптека в доме, метро через дорогу, остановка трамвая прям под домом. Менеджер внимательный, быстро и понятно отвечал на все вопросы.

Cons:

Немного слышно трамваи, которые проезжают под домом, но через пару дней уже привыкли и их не замечали.
При длительном прибывании не хватает стиральной машины. Но рядом есть прачечная, при желании вопрос можно решить.
