Dieses wunderschöne Apartement ist sehr gut erreichbar und sehr nahe an Bus/U-Bahn gelegen. Direkt nebenan Lidl
Pros:

Es ist ein sehr geräumiges Apartment ohne verschenkten Platz. Sinnvolle Einteilung und schöne Terrasse/Balkon.

Da gibt’s nichts zu bemängeln

Very comfortable and pleasant stay, we will definitely come back.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable apartment and equipped with all the necessary appliances for a stay. Very close to the tram and metro station. A Lidl supermarket right next door. The patio is so nice and and it's very pleasant to dine there.

Ruhig und dennoch zentral und mit allem versorgt
Pros:

Besonders schönes Apartment, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Perfekt gelegen. 5min von Parkgarage (unserer Wahl), Restaurant, Bar, Bäckerei, Lebensmittelgeschäft ein paar Schritte entfernt… U-Bahn gegenüber, in 17min in der Innenstadt und trotzdem Balkon und Apartment so gelegen, dass wir vom Stadt Trubel nichst bemerkt haben.

Für unseren nächsten Wien Besuch sicher wieder erste Wahl.

sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem schönen Apartment
Pros:

Die Lage war an einer stark befahrenen Straße; Das Apartment befand sich auf der Gebäuderückseite uns somit vom Lärm abgewendet; zudem befanden sich die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel direkt in der Nähe.

Cons:

es kam zu einem Buchungsfehler und somit zu einer Doppelbuchung; dies konnte in kurzer Zeit korrigiert werden und es wurde ein anderes Apartment zur Verfügung gestellt; die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in dieser Situation; hier nochmals vielen Dank

Prima, würden wir wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung der Appartements ist modern und umfangreich, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, um im Appartement gut frühstücken zu können. Die Anbindung an die "Öffis" (U- und Straßenbahn vor der Tür) ist optimal.

Cons:

Wir hatten 3 Appartements gebucht, leider konnten wir bei der Buchung nicht wählen, welche. So war auch ein Appartement zur Straße dabei, welches sehr laut war (Straßenbahn, Straßenverkehr). Die anderen waren nach hinten und in der hofseitigen Grünanlage und ruhig und angenehm.

Было все необходимое ! чай, кофе, масло, все столовые приборы, во время проживание я ни в чем не нуждалась.
хорошее пространство, метро и трамвай прямо в минуте.

Cons:

кто чутко спит может , вам может не понравится что может быть шумно с улицы. но лично мне на это было все равно,не проблема. если у вас длинные густые волосы, фен может быть слабым((

Property is near to uban and tram. Which means, perfect location. And also there is a market under the property. There are so many tools in hotel room. I like them.

Very comfortable and clean. Great location for getting transport. We had an apartment overlooking the back and it was quiet. All the instructions etc to get in were clear and the staff were helpful.

Pros:

Cleanness, quietness, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, balcony with the view and location! Just vis a vis metro station and all the shops plus ice cream shop! The Arbio team is very helpful and easily available.
