Rövidebb bécsi tartózkodásra ajánlom, szuper helyen van a lakás, rendezett, felszerelt és tiszta.
Pros:

Rendezett és jól felszerelt szállás, a pár napos ott tartózkodásunkra teljesen megfelelő volt a felszereltsége. Ezzel elégedettek voltunk.

Cons:

Az ablakaink a fő útra néztek, nyitott ablaknál rettenetes volt a zaj, az autók és a villamos zaja minden szót elnyomott. Nyáron voltunk 30-35 fokban, a lakásban klíma nincs. Minden szoba ventillátorral felszerelt, de ez nem igazán segített. Az ablakon lévő árnyékolók jól használhatók, de a lakás hűtését nem segítik, a felforrósodást gátolják csak.

Es war ok
Pros:

Das Apartment war neu, schön eingerichtet, das Bett war bequem und die Wohnung war ruhig nach hinten raus.
Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert.

Cons:

Das Apartment war nicht sauber. Wir haben uns zwei Mal beschwert aber es wurde sich nur entschuldigt. Da wir eine Woche da waren, war es uns schon sehr unangenehm.
Spülmaschinen Tabs, Müllbeutel und Kaffeekapseln waren nur sporadisch da und ich würde sagen „dürftig“ für eine ganze Woche.
Die Lage war ok (Straßenbahn & Supermarkt vor der Tür) aber man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es eine schlechte Gegend im 11. Bezirk ist.

Зупиняємося тут вже вдруге, цього разу приїхали раніше і попросили ранішого заселення, ніж 15.00 в нас справді заселили раніше, за що ми дуже - дуже вдячні! Зручність та чистота апартаментів, як завжди, вище усіх похвал👌 Фото повністю відповідають реальності. Поруч метро, трамвай, що дозволяє дуже швидко дістатися до будь - якої локації у місті. Поряд 2 великих магазини Lidl та Billa. Однозначно повернемося ще 🙌

Pros:

Goede locatie, direct tegenover de.tramhalte en het metrostation (in 25 min in het centrum van Wenen). Handige aankomst via sleutelcodes met goede instructies. Pro-active host.

Cons:

Beperkte keukenuitrusting, niet alles was even schoon/verzorgd.

Toller Aufenthalt mit super Service!
Obwohl uns zuerst fälschlicherweise ein falsches Zimmer gegeben wurde, hat das Team uns sehr schnell ein zusätzliches, kostenloses und sehr gutes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Vielen Dank dafür!
Obwohl das Hotel ohne Rezeption und nur mit einem elektronischen Schlüssel arbeitet, bekommt man immer eine vollständige Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung für den Zugang zu den Apartments. Das Team kümmert sich wirklich um die Kunden und versucht, auftretende Probleme so schnell wie möglich zu lösen.
Die Lage der Apartments hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die U-Bahn-Station U3 befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Außerdem gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft im selben Haus.
Die Apartments selbst sind sehr schön und sauber. Kleiner Tipp: Wenn Sie bei sehr heißem Wetter buchen, fragen Sie am besten vorher nach einer Klimaanlage, da diese nicht in allen Zimmern vorhanden ist.
Die Kaution wurde absolut problemlos zurückerstattet.
Wir empfehlen diese Apartments für einen tollen Urlaub in Wien auf jeden Fall weiter

Gute Lage u d komfortable Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage, ideale Verkehrsanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine große, helle Wohnung.

Cons:

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schon einmal in dieser Wohnung und diese zeigt jetzt doch die ein oder anderen Gebrauchsspuren und eine Renovierung könnte sicher nicht schaden und die Polster/ Bezüge der Stühle könnten auch mal durch die Wäsche.

Großartige Lage, schönes Apartment
Pros:

Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, um sich wohlfühlen zu können.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle und die U-Bahn Station liegen direkt vor der Tür, weshalb man schnell in der Innenstadt ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
Zum Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthalts war es sehr heiß, weshalb das vorhandene Klimagerät und der Sonnenschutz vor den Fenstern ein Segen waren.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und das Ein- und Auschecken unproblematisch.
Sollte ich noch einmal nach Wien kommen, würde ich dieses Apartment gerne wieder buchen wollen.
Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Im Badezimmer würden ein paar mehr Haken zur Aufhängung von Handtüchern angenehmer sein. In der Dusche gibt es zudem keine Möglichkeit, seine Pflegeprodukte abzustellen, was etwas komfortabler wäre.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament!
Pros:

Funkcjonalnie urządzony apartament ulokowany przy samej stacji metra. Ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja nad sklepem Lidl i w okolicy innych sklepów spożywczych (Billa), drogerii (dm) oraz mniejszych punktów handlowych i restauracji. Proces meldowania bardzo dokładnie opisany w instrukcji, w przypadku jakiejkolwiek trudności czy dodatkowych pytań obsługa właściwie natychmiast odpisywała na wiadomości za pośrednictwem komunikatora Booking.
