Sehr schön!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, gut gelegen, direkt an der Tram und U-Bahn mit Anbindung zum Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet.

Cons:

Wir hatten die Wohnung zur Straße, das war bei offenem Fenster sehr laut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ging es, Lüfter war vorhanden.

Pros:

La facilidad del transporte, la decoración, tenía todo lo necesario, incluido un jardín.

Cons:

Sólo me faltó, un sistema de agarre para salir de la bañera, que para mí, era muy alta. El resto perfecto.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung, der unkomplizierte Check-in, Sauberkeit

Cons:

Der Strahl in der Dusche war gering, Sitzgelegenheit im Fernsehbereich könnte gemütlicher sein, Ameisenbefall in der Küche, Fernseher im Schlafzimmer empfing kein reguläres Fernsehprogramm. Problem wurde trotz Info an die Verwalter nicht behoben.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Metro, Supermarkt, Straßenbahn und Bäcker direkt vor der Tür. In 10 Minuten mit der Metro in der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer nach vorn liegen direkt an der Simmeringer Hauptstraße. Mit der Straßenbahn.
Fenster sind sehr gut, aber natürlich hört man Nachts die Bahn. Zimmer nach hinten sind sicher besser.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, juste en face du métro et de la ligne de tram! Il est aussi pas trop loin du centre-ville.
Le check-in se fait entièrement en ligne et est très facile.
L'appartement était propre et très grand.

Cons:

Les oreillers ne sont pas très confortables (trop petits et mous) et le couvre-lit est en fait deux couvre-lit individuel. Certains aiment ce concept, mais pour moi c'était dérangeant comme je bouge beaucoup dans mon sommeil.

Pár napos tartózkodásra mindenképpen ajánlott!
Pros:

Könnyen és gyorsan elérhető a városközpont villamossal és metróval is.
Éttermek, pékségek, szupermarketek a közvetlen közelben találhatók.
Az ágy kényelmes volt, a lakás nagyon tiszta, igényesen felszerelt. Gyors és stabil az internet.
Amikor problémáim akadtak a lakással kapcsolatban, online és telefonon is gyorsan kaptam segítséget. Ezúton is köszönöm!

Cons:

Nagyon hideg volt a lakásban, amikor megérkeztem, és a padlófűtésnek kellett 2-3 óra, mire fel tudta fűteni a lakást.
A tartózkodásom során egyszer nem tudtam bemenni az épületbe. Se a kód, se a chip nem működött. Azonban gyorsan a segítségemre volt a szállásadó és egy applikáció segítségével megoldódott a probléma.
Ezúttal egy utcafrontra nyíló lakást kaptam, sajnos nagyon hangos volt. Tisztán lehetett hallani az utcai zajokat és a villamost is.

Gemütlich.
Pros:

Schön groß. Das WC und Bad getrennt sind fande ich top.
