Een goede locatie. In de ochtend kon je mee met de taxi naar de skilift. De chauffeur was erg spraakzaam.en vriendelijk. Het was ook mogelijk om er in 10 min naar toe te lopen. De skidepots bij de skilift zijn heel handig. Zo hoef je niet ver met je skischoenen en ski's te lopen.
Het appartement was schoon en had alles wat je nodig had. We hebben met ons gezin (6 personen) een super leuke week gehad.
Niets.
Het appartement was ruim, schoon en compleet. De sauna in het 2e gebouw was fijn en de shuttleservice smorgens naar de piste was perfect we hebben maximaal 5 min hoeven te wachten. Genoeg standaard benodigdheden zoals handdoeken, wc papier en vuilniszakken waren aanwezig. We zijn goed geholpen en kregen zelfs een klein presentje bij vertrek.
Geen tegenvaller maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden is dat er geen skiroum is, dus er komen nog extra kosten voor lockers bij, maar dit is ong 7 euro per dag pp, voor verwarmde lockers direct bij de piste. Het was ideaal
Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania, kuchnia jest wyposażona w komplet naczyń i wszystkich potrzebnych urządzeń. Polecam szczególnie na wyjazd rodzinny. Hotel ma dodatkowe zniżki na SkiPasy oraz szafki pod stokiem. Parking zgodnie z opisem, obsługa chętna do pomocy. Chętnie jeszcze skorzystam z oferty obiektu.

It was just an incredible stay. We travelled with 4 families from Shanghai to Fiss. The check in and handover was smoothly and even a short noticed room change from our side was handled cooperative. It’s a quite comfortable place with a lots of activities provided from the owner in the evening for kids and adults. We will definitely come back.
Great set of apartments with really nice hosts. The accommodation was as expected and the showers/bathrooms were excellent. We knew the apartments were 10 mins from the lift system but the shuttle was useful in the morning although most of us walked as the village is very pretty and it was a good warm up. The locker system worked really well so it was nice to walk back via a few bars after ski-ing. The Nightflow event and fireworks were excellent. Its a lovely quiet resort with a large ski area, definitely big enough for a good weeks ski.
One of the couples in the group had a room next to the lift which could be annoying when used late at night or early in the morning.
Easy going and relaxed stay, 10 minute walk to the ski lift is a good warm up (they do also offer a shuttle service). Pre-rented lockers by the hotel is a great idea. The apartment was warm and comfy.

Overall a very nice stay here. Staff was very friendly and the services were splendid, such as the ski taxi and wellness. The hotel is very clean and located in the village of Fiss, close to restaurants and the super market. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
