Pros:

The hotel is lovely. We went out of season so it was pretty quiet but could see that it would have been buzzing in the summer, particularly in the pool area.
It's in a good location, very close to the beach.

Cons:

The hotel itself is really nice but the room was a bit tired and dated, particularly the bathroom. Could do with updating in line with the rest of the hotel.

Rollstuhltaugliches Zimmer mir grosser Dusche und Dusch-Stuhl.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Essen.
Hoteleigene Fussgängerbrücke, über die viel befahrene Strasse.

Cons:

Sehr instabile WC-Brille, welche trotz Meldung nicht repariert wurde.

Wir hatten halb Pension
Frühstück sehr einfach und minderwertig.
Abendessen auch sehr sparsam und schlecht.
Das Personal in Restaurant nicht gerade freundlich und lustlos.Bei nachreichen von Speisen,wurde das Essen hin geklatscht!
Obst(Apfel, Orangen...Banane(Wenn man Glück hat)
Das Hotel würde ich niemals drei Sterne geben!
Essen(Frühstück/Abendessen),na ja Imbiss ist sogar manchmal besser.
Kreta ist wunderschön, aber ich werde nie wieder in dieser Hotel übernachten.

Excellente adresse proche de La Canée.
Pros:

Appartement agréable, calme (mais nous n'étions pas dans un des logements proches de la piscine et du bar, sans doute plus bruyants). Belles piscines, bar sympa. Bon petit déjeuner. La plage, très grande et agréable (sable couleur cannelle, comme la plage de Deshaie en Guadeloupe) est juste de l'autre côté de la route, avec une passerelle prívative pour y accéder directement de l'hôtel. Quelques très bons restaurants proches de l'hôtel. Personnel sympathique.

Salle de bain un brin trop petite.

La stanza era molto grande con molto spazio per organizzare valigie, vestiti e oggetti da mare o visita, il letto grande e comodo. Terrazzino comodo per stendere e luminoso. Aria condizionata i camera - non l'abbiamo utilizzata.
Il buffet della colazione era enorme e pieno di scelte.
Reception 24 ore su 24 e staff sempre disponibile.

Cons:

Non si può gettare la carta igienica nel wc - come in tutta l'isola, bisogna abituarcisi e usare un piccolo cestino.
