Nothing whatever they are displaying in the pictures do not look the same when you go there are they are not at all corporative.

Cons:

The property there is very old and floor looks like it needs change from a long time. Many items in there are rusty. They give you a room for family but no place for a cot also. The room ends before it starts.
Bathroom is very old.
No wifi or network inside room.
The pool which they mention is not where you stay its far.
Not safe at all. We left the property after 2 hours of check in as it didn’t match to what they display on booking.com pictures.
And they are liars also when we raised those concern with Booking.com they said they offered us upgrade but they never did. They said they are full. We were with our 1 year old so not ever kind or considerate.

It does not match the pictures, there is a certain humidity within the rooms which aren’t very well ventilated. Breakfast is average. They over price all the packages which are other wise locally cheaper right from taxis , photo shoots , tours etc , possibly a commission system.

Layout of the suite is really terrific. The patio areas also very nice. We were disappointed that one night the hot tub would not probably heat up to the correct temperature. The breakfast is a bit lacking and they should add a pastry and yogurt.

Calidad precio, hermosa vista, la habitación cómoda bien equipada

El Jacuzzi que muestran en la página no es personal es compartido con 2 habitaciones más y eso es incómodo. Si quieres privacidad en cuanto a las áreas sociales no las tendrás, de resto todo bien, la atención es muy buena buena

Genuinely appalling and we would never recommend anyone stay in this place.

The breakfast was not good, boiled egg and two small pieces of toast each with some apple, orange and banana.

Cons:

There was no swimming pool available to us despite a swimming pool being advertised. The photos on their website are AI because it does not look like that in real life. We asked if we could use the hot tub which was outside our room and we were told no. Then management said to booking.com that we had been offered the use of a hot tub as a replacement for the pool. This was not true and really rubbed salt in the wound. Dishonest hoteliers.
