Beautiful comfortable room with excellent hosts
Pros:

The room was very comfortable with a sunny private balcony and clean modern bathroom. The room also included thoughtful extra touches such as dressing gowns, slippers, local wine and daily cleaning. The property also has a gorgeous private garden and excellent WiFi throughout (perfect for remote working). The property is centrally located in Sfakia, with a beach, a good coffee shop, mini market and excellent taverna within a minutes walk. The owners, Giannis and Niki, were very friendly, kind and helpful. Would stay again in a heartbeat if ever in Sfakia again!

Cute little hotel in the heart of Sfakia
Pros:

Beautiful view of Sfakia Harbour, seen from your bed. A very comfortable room kept extremely well cleaned.
Gorgeous private courtyard that was lovingly decorated and maintained... an oasis in Sfakia!
But most important was the amazing hosts who reminded us of the classic Cretan hospitality and charm. From little touches to simply greeting us everyday with a genuine smile.
Please do not hesitate to stay here as we will happily return one day ourselves ❤️

Optimale Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub und Startpunkt für jede Menge Unternehmungen
Pros:

Perfekte Lage in Hafennähe, Bäckerei und kleiner Laden direkt nebenan, mehrere Tavernen 20 Meter weiter, für Gäste kostenfreie Parkplätze 100m entfernt. Sfakia und Umgebung sind wunderschön. Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm und jeden Tag wieder blitzeblank. Der Kühlschrank war jeden Tag wieder aufgefüllt, das haben wir noch nie erlebt. Niki und Giannis sind super nette Gastgeber. Giannis hat immer einen guten Tipp für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen, jederzeit ein freundliches Wort! Vielen Dank für das Abschiedsgeschenk und eine wunderschöne Woche!

Cons:

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer im ersten Obergeschoss, dadurch hat uns die Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Wasser gefehlt. Dafür gab es einen gemütlichen Innenhof-Garten.

Great location for exploring the south coast.
Pros:

Small hotel very convenient to the south coast ferries, local bakeries and tavernas in town. Offers free parking close to hotel. Owners are exceedingly kind and helpful. Request top floor room for harbor views.

Sophia’s Lovely Rooms is in a fantastic location, close to restaurants, a fantastic bakery and well stocked supermarket. Easy walk to beach and harbour.
It is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and well maintained.
