Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Linz ist das Apartment akzeptabel. Gemütlich ist anders.

Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Lage: Optimal um schnell die ganze Stadt erkunden zu können
Sehr schöne Stadt, sehr sauber

Cons:

Das Doppelbett war in Ordnung, die Kissen allgemein zu hoch.
Das ausziehbare Sofa als weitere Schlafplatz unserer Tochter war sehr unbequem!! Eine Hälfte war bereits durchgelegen, in der Mitte ein steinhartes Brett! Hat das noch keiner bemerkt?? Hier scheint die notwendige Sorgfalt bei der Kontrolle zu fehlen. Wir haben noch ausklappbare Matratzen am Gang gesehen- evtl. die Alternative??? Preis Leistung ist hier unserer Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt.
Die Küchenzeile an sich prima. Wir haben nur den Kühlschrank und Geschirr genutzt. Anregung: Evtl. Geschirrtücher/Spüllappen bereitstellen wäre hilfreich.
Im Bad gab es einen Föhn, prima. Bügelbrett ebenfalls toll.
Ein Sessel hatte am Anfang im Zimmer gefehlt, den haben wir nach Reklamation sofort bekommen.
Der Eingangsbereich zu den Apartments im Hinterhof ist sehr lieblos und wirkt abschreckend! Dabei wäre er leicht herzurichten: Einfach rundherum schöne Pflanzen aufstellen! Ausreichend Sitzbänke sind ja bereits vorhanden. Auch das Personal würde es sicherlich zu schätzen wissen, da sie ja hier einen Teil ihrer Pausenzeit verbringen. Hier unbedingt etwas machen!
Parkplatz beim Haus bequem.

Die Zimmer liegen zur Gartenseite, keine nächtliche Ruhestörung. Zimmer sind sauber.
Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel super, es ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Personal im Hotel sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich zu den City Center Appartements ist schlecht beleuchtet.

Pros:

A quiet, comfy and relatively spacious studio apartment on 2nd floor in an annex to the Schwarzer Baer Hotel right in the Linz old city centre.. Comfy bed, nice inner courtyard view with large windows, modern TV, small kitchenette with a fridge and a coffee machine (capsules provided) and two tables. A nice breakfast in the hotel lobby/cafeteria included. Underground parking under the apartment available for EUR20. Very kind staff. A great value for money - would stay again.

Cons:

One small tip - I stayed only one night so living out of my bag was not a problem, but for those staying longer a couple of hangers for shirts and jackets and a small cupboard to unpack stuff would be really handy. There is enough room in the apartment to accommodate this.
