Pros:

My stay was very comfortable and I love the Robot that delivers stuffs to your doorstep.

Cons:

Cons:

Cleanliness - generally I feel housekeeping wasn’t well done. There was a day when the floor has soap stains which can cause falls, and the items were not replenish, including toilet rolls. We have 5 pax staying and would expect basic items to be replenished.

The toilet and rooms, especially the former was not very well maintained. Lotsa of stains and moulds and the headboard has a strange smell.

The location wasn’t optimal with no nearby eateries at walking distance.

Good location, but service needs approvement.
Pros:

Good location. City center is 8-10 minutes away by taxi. Good, comfortable beds. Pretty clean.

Cons:

The apartment is rather old. Windows don't fully close, so it can be quite chilly in the room. The staff at the reception poorly speaks English.

The worst thing was, that I had a booking for 5 people, but when we came to breakfast, the staff told me, that the breakfast is included only for 3 persons (2 rooms = 2 persons + 1 person for the extra bed, we requested before). Come on guys, how much are you trying to earn? It's the first time EVER, I meet the situation, that the breakfast is included not for all the persons in the booking.
